The diet is pretty good, lost 5 pounds so far off no exercise other than daily activities of walking and minor lifting at work. I got in a car accident recently so I've been going to the chiropractor and such. This means no work anymore. I also spent a weekend at my friend's college [ UGA ] cuz it was his birthday so that was the first time I really broke my diet. Ate lots of shitty fast food and drank lots of liquor. Like I said before the diet really fits my lifestyle so its easy to keep up with it and I even find myself having more energy than before. I used to always be a napper, but with this I can usually go through the whole day. The only thing I really worry about is the monster headache/fever and flu-like symptoms I have right now but I think I can attribute that to the winter snow storm [ here in GA...wtf...it was 60 degrees two days ago ] and just being sick in general. I usually eat Breakfast: Bacon, eggs, mushrooms/onions in an omelet. Lunch: Two filet of wild caught salmon or 97% lean ground beef with tomato paste, chilis, onions etc. Kinda like a spaghetti sauce without noodles. Dinner: Leftovers or organic whole milk shake + blueberries/blackberries/honey. Snack: Baked pork rinds. I cook everything with salted kerrygold butter and take fish oil with nearly every meal. I am worried about calories though, I always eat a LOT of food. I think the next step is to cut back on portion size a bit. Also still worried about cholesterol and heart health cuz I don't have time to exercise right now. I want to have some more variety in my eating so if you guys could share that'd be cool. I'm not near a good whole foods place so I'm pretty limited in my protein choices otherwise I'd be eating lamb and game a lot more. Edit: Also don't know if my body is fully adjusted yet. I get so many cravings for some fried chicken its ridiculous...There's like no equivalent other than buying a roasted or rotisserie chicken and it just doesn't hit the spot =/ but other than that, I don't seem to be craving any carbs.

You don't have to worry about cholesterol/heart health if you're taking fish oil and vitamin D + eating healthy. Eating a lot is fine.. should calm down once you've fully adapted. Eat more veggies though that should help.

You shouldn't be getting headaches, maybe it's the milk? I recently reintroduced milk into my diet as an experiment, and it made me gassy and gave me headaches. Lactose tolerance goes away quickly. That milkshake seems to be bringing a lot of fructose with it too -- watch the honey. But yeah, you may just not be adapted yet. Otherwise, good job. I'm not a foodie either. I generally just cook up some meat and eggs w/ onions and pile it onto a plate and eat it caveman style. Maybe you could make a meatza with all your ground beef? I found some pretty cheap New Zealand (where everything is pastured) lamb at Trader Joes and have been living off that lately. Tonight I'm having grassfed beef liver w/ onions (taught myself to like it). You could also try asking Paleo Hacks, which is a good resource anyways.

Fat is the key to satiation and our primary fuel, so if I eat enough of that (lots of coconut lately), I can go on 18-24 hour fast every day with no hunger pains. But just experiment and see what works. If you're craving fried chicken, it probably means your craving fat, maybe eat more fat? You shouldn't be getting headaches, maybe it's the milk? I'm actually a really big foodie haha, but I'm also someone who doesn't mind eating the same leftovers for a week straight as long as its something I'd eat anyway. I'm gonna hold back on the milk for now, but it was just a creative idea to eat blueberries and blackberries with it. I really think the headaches and stuff is just from being sick. My body was already weak from the accident and then the extremely cold weather yesterday gave me tons of flu symptoms. fml.

A new genetic test may help dieters decide whether they would lose more weight on a low-fat diet, one that cuts carbohydrates or a more balanced approach, maker Interleukin Genetics Inc reported on Wednesday. The company says that 39 percent of white Americans have the low-fat genotype, 45 percent have the type that responds best to a diet low in processed carbohydrates and 16 percent have the gene mutation that helps them lose weight best on a balanced diet.

A)blister prevention in the first case, making sure you don't get them B) blister management, ie things you can do to allow you to continue to do exercise like with blisters (ie any particular plaster or socks that work, or should your shoes be tight or lose? would that help?) C) cardiovascular activates you can do that wouldn't antagonize blisters particularly on the back of the heel, and don't involve specialist gym equipment (all i have is a treadmill and some weights) If anyone could help me with this I'd really appricitae it.

![]() Introduction: I swear the devil hands out driving licenses...Since I got my driving license I got so incredible lazy, I used to ride my bike like 40mins a day and now I rarely ride it. As a result I gained 16kg in one year...tt. So like one month ago when I stepped on the scale it showed 99kg and I had to act because I didn't want it to show 3 digits the next time. I'm 190cm btw so 99kg doesn't look really fat but let's say I got a belly ![]() Goal: Look awesome The workout: Monday: Routine 1 Tuesday: 40 min demolishing my punchbag with fists, elbows, knees and legs or Wing Tsun (kung-fu) Wednesday: Wing Tsun Thursday: Punchbag suffers Friday: Routine 1 Saturday: Punchbag suffers every second week and some Calf Raises mixed in between when I have to wait for something (looks stupid but hey...:D) Routine 1: 50 push-ups, 90 crunches, 20 superman, 75 curls with 12.5kg, 45 Shrugs with 10kg in each hand, 45 One Arm Dumbbell Rows with 12.5kg, 45 Butterflies with 12.5kg, 50 of some exercise which I don't know how it's called (laying on back on ground, lift feet a bit over ground and one foot above the other and now always change the one on top....hope you guys understand :D) and frogstand until I'm bored or faceplant Results: Now this is where it's interesting. I am really surprised how much of a difference you notice after just one month. My punches and kicks have become a lot stronger and I can throw chainpunches for 1:30 now at decent speed and strength. My shoulders, trapezius, arms and chest have become quite a lot bigger especially my chest feels like it has expanded threefold. Push-ups have always been my weak spot and I sucked horrible all my life, I started with 12 Push-ups max, now I can do 38. My girlfriend started to randomly call me Zeus lmao. I only lost 2kg so far but I lost definitely more fat because I gained quite some muscle mass. To speed up the weight losing I probably have to change my diet because I am still eating like always aka 3 pizza a week -.- So yeah overall I am really fucking happy that I started working out and have to tell everyone who kinda wants to work out but lacks motivation: "Pull yourself together for one month and the results will motive you after that"! Oh yeah if someone knows and exercise for the lower back that you can perform at home with just one dumbbell please let me know because I am getting bored of the supermans.

I am doing Starting Strength as suggested and fill in 45 minutes of interval running on day 2 and 4 (2min @ 15km/h, 1min @ 9km/h). Plus kickboxing on Saturday when I can bring myself to get up at 7:30. Still eat a lot of junk but have neither gained nor dropped any weight so far. But I feel better which is enough to keep me going.
