Oh, and my last game. We had AA, QoP, Husk, Silencer, and i was Slar. QoP went mid and I went top. I told Husk to go bottom but no, Silencer decided that he would lane with AA... and proceeded to feed PA. yeah, it ended up being gg.

A couple of moments later I ping the map and go back to pull the creeps I had stacked earlier; of course Slard figures that those boots he bought with the FB gold make him a living god and tower dives with both opponents on full HP - he gets shackled to a tree and promptly raped. He then uses this as "proof" that tri-lanes are terrible and TP's up to Dark Seer's lane. AA and I continue to dominate our lane and our team proceeds to end the game at 30 mins. Slard goes: "gg guys but remember tri-lane is bad." Sigh.

I suggest a tri-lane bot with myself on Lesh, AA and Slard. They never understand trilane etc, thats just how pubs are. I was surprised you even tried lol, the unwritten rule for most pub players is 2-1-2/1(jungle), if you do anything else they'll call you noob. At times even jungling gets called as "not being a team player".

He says "I'll pick according to what will work" Picks Riki. We lost. 50minutes wasted... As is the case with this game... *sigh*

You gamble on everyone playing (really) high level to make it truely worth it.. EVEN if you get first blood. You gamble on everyone WANTING to play a Trilane... Sorry, just play with your mates if you want "advanced" strategy...

It is actually very hard to play proper trilane, and almost impossible to play it without TS/Skype/Something similar. The pulling support has to be very good to double pull effectively, you should ward the lane close to enemy tier1 to see the opportunity to gank, and you should talk, to plan when to gank, because just hanging around in the lane all the time is a complete waste. The only way to do it imho is with dual lane+ganking jungler(chen, ench or enig). On June 27 2012 17:56 ryndaris wrote: All pick. If you had aa slard lesh, you should have offensive trilaned maybe. That may work, since at least you screw up the enemy carry too (and rotation in pubs is pretty unlikely).

10 minutes of freefarm early game should give you Power Treads, a Magic Stick, a Battlefury...and some other big item, like MKB. Solo melee vs a Sand King, a missing Riki and a Nature's Prophet on the enemy team is considered freefarm. Solo Riki can totally stop Axe/QoP intercepting creeps between the T1 and T2 towers. Sven and Lina is a retarded lane that can never work. Juggernaut is not a carry and does not need farm. ...yeah, I'm taking a break from this game.

A couple of moments later I ping the map and go back to pull the creeps I had stacked earlier; of course Slard figures that those boots he bought with the FB gold make him a living god and tower dives with both opponents on full HP - he gets shackled to a tree and promptly raped. Slard goes: "gg guys but remember tri-lane is bad." Sigh. The problem is that tri-lanes are really only effective if it is a trilane on your jungling side for the easy ganks and it is easier for you to stop them from invading your jungle and fuckign with your jungler. Best option if you trilane is 1/1/2+jungler. Soemthing like Dark Seer > Invoker > Carry&support&jungler. Most trilanes that are just 3 in a lane fail as long as the person being laned against isn't a tard. 1v3 you play extremely safe and don't die and you win your lane because you will be 6 LONG before them. In 2v1 you usually hit 6 around the time that they hit 4. In a 3v2 you still play safe and just last hit under your tower and do your best not to die. You WILL hit 6 before them as long as you play safe and stay in exp range which gives you a pretty big advantage.
