with MoM you dont need slow arrows... the speed boost means they cant run anyway. and with crit items you can mow down heroes with ease. although it is true, that 1 point in ice arrow seems to be worth it for some situations.

No clue, but it is getting quite annoying when your entire team is speaking Russian and the only form of communication with a person that I have is with the other team (since conveniently, they speak English).

Depends on how much resources they will put into running the game. But creating english only servers, french servers and german servers. And obv russian servers, and then banning anyone who don't stick to the rules on the server would be a way. It is not going to happend, I know that. Gamingcompanies don't care about silly things like this, even how annoying it is for the players.

I am not saying that you should ban french or russians or whatever from playing on english servers, if they speak english in the chat in game. Then they can speak their native language on servers that are made specially for that. If they need to chat with friends in game then they can do it via skype or teamspeak or something, and not just go on in their native language and ignoring everyone but their friends.

I am all for them speaking in their native language if they do it on dedicated servers, or on skype or vent or whatever. But if a player only types in his native language in a game where you have to cooperate it annoys me. And if they don't know English then they would be better off playing on a dedicated server, saves us who knows english frustration, and saves them frustration.

What the fuck is it with pub players? 4 games in a row tonight so far with at least 1 person on my team doing absolutely nothing all game but farming and dying to the other team's 5 man roam. I don't think I've had a single 5v5 teamfight all night. It's always been 5v3, 5v2, etc.
The last game I just played, my friend picks QoP and goes mid and calls it, after all this happens, this pub on our team picks Kunkka, says nothing, then just walks mid next to my friend and starts farming. What the fuck?

I actually hate it when people do this; the game hasn't even started and the team is already starting to break apart 
What really annoys me though are the people who pick last, and yet still make retarded picks. I played a game where enemy team picked Ursa/Lich/WR/Venge/Rhasta. My friends and I pick Morph, Lion and Leshrac. The remaining 2 pubbers on our team proceed to pick Skeleton King and AM, making our early and mid game hell. Good thing we managed to win that game in the end. And good thing they didn't try to level 1 roshan because the 2 randoms on our team picked late.
