Man... last 15 games, lost 11. Every time just completely deadbeat team who flames each other and feeds... and I have a high behavior score.
I went 669 GPM and 18-4 as a safelaner in a game were we only killed 1 tower and we lost.... I was almost able to bring the game back, but we had a rage afker in the jungle.

my team lost because I didn't notice the enemy throne was at like 10hp, one hit would win us a game but I got tunnel vision and kept hitting enemy tinker and then got stunned and died aarrghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Had a guy on my team say he was mid after I already picked zues. Someone lets him carry and he goes 4-8. Goes 'gg' after first death, buys out and doesn't have BB so we get megaed.
Just all in all a shit guy

lost 13 of my last 15 games, I did pretty well in a good number of those losses, though I do admit I did pretty badly in the rest. yikes so much for 50/50

An Icefrog plz moment: I got wrecked by a team that had both Terrorblade and Morphling. In otherwords, they had to Terrorblades because Morphling took Morph can target allies. Oh, and they had a Shadow Demon too. Bad times were to come.

Honestly its so weird how it works.
Like I placed at 2700 MMR, dropped to 2400 MMR in like 20 games, then in 3 months of grinding took myself to 4k, and I have currently lost 20/25 and I am down to 3500 again.
In both of those losing streaks I feel like played well in all but a few of those games and there was just nothing I could do to win those games. If i played support, the carries just couldnt carry. If i played carry, we had people fighting for lanes and feeding, raging, afking, or just flat out abandoning.
In several of the carry games i exceeded 600 GPM in losses where we killed no buildings, and i still could not bring it back.

I queue unranked to practice techies for shits and giggles, team says to not pick techies because they want to win. I say ok, pick BB offlane. Team proceeds to pick Zeus safelane and Riki safelane support, and a Windranger who comes to my lane and steals lasthits and xp. Team feeds, I feed, enemies get huge but ending the game takes them forever.
I just wanted to play some goddamn techies you fucktards

11 game win streak last week. And now I'm like 3-16 this week. Fuck you Valve. Support? 42 min Gyro with 20 min farm. Loss. Offlane? 9-1 Bristleback with a 1-11 Clinkz. Loss. Core? Great Drow game. Loss. Mid? 0-12 supports. Loss.

I was 3k, now I'm 1675. This game is causing me great psychological pain.

Loss streaks of 500 MMR are fairly normal. With the game developing to be more team oriented it's going to be even more common these days. I don't play as much as I used to, so I've been struggling on my high 4k smurf even though my main is almost 6k. It's tough for me to carry unless I play close to perfect 
I have no idea how Ayaz has dropped half his MMR though. Must be a major fundamental issue with his mindset or something...

I wouldn't think so. I'm not a flamer and I'm not a leaver. I generally announce that I'm commending people who pick the proper roles/heroes and buy wards etc. I only speak up when something positive happens. If you mean personally tilting, that may be entirely possible. I've found that in the last couple of months of playing (first game was October 2012) that I get teammates who fall into a few very specific categories:
1. Non-english speaker
2. CARRY ONLY who last picks Morphling or AM when we have no supports
3. 30 minute PvE players who do not contribute
4. Feeders
5. The other 75% of the community that IS toxic
I feel like I have improved a lot as a player. My XPM/GPM, K/D/A, and decision making are demonstrably better than they've ever been, yet the losses keep piling up. I hit something of a breaking point and abandoned my first game in... 2 years (?) as a 22-3 Sniper today. We were getting T4'd and I couldn't do it alone. I was just fed up. Who knows? I've been on bad streaks before, but nothing as consistent as this.

When I say mindset I'm referring to how you think about and approach the game. I wasn't implying that you were a flamer/rager, so I'm sorry if it came off that way.
On another note, try to ignore how your teammates do in games. The only constant is yourself. Those 5 points you made don't matter at all since everyone will encounter players like that in their games. People with 4x your MMR encounter players like that regularly.
Obviously I didn't see that Sniper game, but I would assume there's probably a lot of things you could have done to win the game. I understand it's frustrating when your teammates are performing poorly, but it's really not in your control so just focus on what you could have done to make that game winnable. You could have maybe picked better, made a decision to push earlier, built better items, etc.
It's easy to think something like "well my offlaner went 0-20 so the game was impossible". This honestly might be a true statement, but it doesn't improve your game to think about it
edit: and yea personal tilting is probably the #1 factor towards MMR loss for most people. I'd suggest taking a break for a bit if you haven't done so already.

I've lost ~500 mmr since coming back a few months ago, but I think that's just because pos4/5 have changed pretty drastically since I played last, and I'm not that quick on the pickup.

Well, I think there comes a point when you realize a 1v5 or a 2v5 is not winnable. I saw that happen several times today when I was doing well and I watched the other team go from losing (because of me and perhaps another) to snowballing to victory. There's only so much suck you can overcome. Maybe I do need a break....

Today I had one of the easiers matches (60minutes game but could end in 40 if not Titan). 590 solo MMR sometimes brings bad teammates and sometimes bad enemies like now. Though I was really pissed when Titan stole my aegis so I proceeded to farm without pushing until he died
P.S. My 2nd death was in 55+ minute from storm who got me when I was out of mana

Team ranked matchmaking is weird. I'm playing with two friends. One is Legend 3, one is Crusader 0, and I'm Legend 5, but somehow, every single game (5 in a row to be exact) we get matched against 2-3 ancient 0-3 while we have maximum 1 ancient 0-2.
Can someone explain how this retarded system actually works?
EDIT: So again: Me, Legend 5, one Legend 3 and one Archon 4. We get matched WITH two Legend 2 and 0 (who are fucking terrible btw, but that's besides the point). And we get matched AGAINST: Two (!) Ancient 3 and 0, one Archon 4 and two Legend 4 and 2.
WHERE IS THE LOGIC?! How is it even possible to have so much time to come up with a ranked matchmaking system (how long has ranked existed now?), but still don't manage to get it working fucking properly?

I'm in the same boat. I'm a shit Crusader 3 and I've been getting matched with Archon 5s and whatever the next level is (I'm drawing a blank).
