Which build are you referring to? I currently have two Tiny builds.

hi, I find phase and treads are situational. Phase offers the mobility demand and damage tiny needs during the earlier phases of the game. The attack speed offered by Treads is also good, I can add Treads as situational, but it would be redundant.

I'll add Butterfly and Satanic as situational.

I'm not convinced about phase/treads, would need another opinion!

edit: fuck, I might have to rewrite the tiny guide as the cloud build desynced with the build on the steamcommunity site.

Essentially it works like this - there's a few different ways to play tiny.

Heavy ganker, minmal farming Tiny - Arcane into blink is pretty common for this (usually grab scepter affterwards and transition into late game).

Medium Ganker, Medium Farmer - Phase, maybe drums or a Yasha (you have near max movespeed with these items at level 16) - you spend a decent amount of time involved in teamfights and ganking, and some more time farming. (this is a build TC made popular awhile back - its a lot of fun).

Heavy farmer, minimal ganker - you might tp into teamfights or if some supports rotate over, kill and offlaner. But you are really looking ot get that scepter up ASAP (like an AM BF) and get your farming and split pushing going.

The ganker build is already up
The heavy farmer is the intention of this build.

Well, most pros with freefarm tend to get Treads when freefarming tiny for a couple of reasons:
-Obvious AS problems
-Since rushing Scepter to assist with farming and general awesomeness, the extra stats are nice.
-Tread switching helps...a tiny tiny bit...with mana problems.

well of course, but if youre going for late game you have to consider your items and item progressions, thats why treads are generally the choice for when going the 1 position tiny.

tiny doesnt have problems fighting with just treads and aghanims build up items

you really do want treads on tiny if you're farming heavily since it scales to lategame much better than phase does. I don't think tiny should be farming heavily but thats not important.

Without picking up a bracer early on Kunkka you have massive mana problems. Getting Drums is nice because it helps out on the mana issues and move speed means it's harder to run away from you.

Luxury should be Battlefury stacking; if you have to build an AC on Kunkka do it, but Desolater = useless. Bfury way better in every way possible.

Your skill build is off too; you should get level 2 x early on after getting 1 pt torrent/a few pts tidebringer in order to combo X and Torrent. Only time you don't get X is if you have SD in your lane.

Torte, you list Deso on Tiny also, which makes no sense.

Deso has pretty much zero useful interaction with Cleave heroes because Cleave damage is based on the raw damage and is not affected by armor in any way, which makes the armor reduction on Deso pointless.

Thanks.
I removed Deso and adding MKB and Butterfly, the guide just didn't update because it's stuck.

Daedulus should be a late game core; MKB is a very situational item only when you're facing heroes with blind like Troll, Panda, or heroes that have built in evasion like PA.

Tiny carry is very weird because he has 'core' and then he has 'late game core'. Daedulus/Manta are almost necessary because they give him way too many benefits late game; illusions with cleave to split push/beat down towers and then the crit cleave that can potentially 1 shot teams.

MKB is already under situational as you suggested.
I'll add Daedlus

replace heart with satanic, cuirass is still a poor item imo for position 1 tiny for the reasons ive stated before and yango filled in a bit there regarding how cleave works. at best put it in situational imo. a full manta is so much better than cuirass in pretty much every situation
