I just looked at your Chen guide. IMO, add Ring of Basilius to early game items. The mana regen really helps Chen early on, good armor aura for pushing, and it nicely builds into Vlad's. I would also take out Necrobook from the suggested items. Since the guide is targeted to low level players, they can't handle the extra two minions to micro, Chen offers no benefit to the minions (unlike Lycan), and when it is needed, someone else should farm it faster instead.

You have to be registered and signed in to the Dota 2 dev boards in order to see attachments posted there. That should allow you to see the image. Or it could be rehosted to imgur, photobucket,etc or whatever image hoster of choice.

The second 'undefined' is Dazzle and I can't access it or change it/save/publish it. It's basically stuck and its very hard to get Valve's attention on the issue.

On the Bristleback guide, what's the reasoning behind putting two points in his passive early on but then maxing quill spray later? I generally just have one in goo, one in passive, and max Quill Spray. Also, I would take off Linken's Sphere. I don't really see the point of Linken's as Bristle shouldn't really be played as a farmer.

Both the passive and Quil spray are of equal importance, depending on your laning phase, one should be maxed over the other. This is the concensus I believe, though I can be wrong. We max spray after six because then things get interesting with your ult.

Whether you mix them up shouldn't really be a problem, though I could be corrected.

Linken's is in line with heart or any other tanky item, it's a bit 'out-there' so to speak, but works well with the overall goal of Bristle.

I did remove BKB however, so thank you for reminding me.

Would love more opinions on Bristle please

I just played a Bristleback game with this build (literally, it was my last game) and I did decent, but unfortunately lost. I was solo offlane and still managed to get 5 kills early-game.

Typically spray is for last-hitting, so maybe we should max it earlier, especially if the mana cost is the same. I'll switch it to max spray for now and see how that works out.

Well the best way to play Bristleback is to try to dominate the mid game. Even if you go position 1 Bristleback, you're not trying to take it very late game, so you'll typically build things like SnY, Vlads, Deso, possibly BKB/Hood, and transition into an AC rather than get a straight up Linken's. If you're not position 1 Bristleback, you're going for a Hood into possible Pipe. And by the time you would get Linkens on any position Bristleback, you won't need the stats (only the strength is useful for you because you're Int Gain is so high), you won't need the regen (because you're not really farming anymore), and the spellblock isn't worth 5175 gold.

Possibly suggest Medallion or Ring of Basilius as an early game item. It covers the mana and helps the armor needs of a Hood first Bristleback. I would suggest Shiva's Guard as situational because he can really make good use of the active and he can sell any early mana item after. Other than that, your items are pretty much spot on as you list the possibilities for a pure tank/support Bristle and the items for a carry Bristle. Things like Vlads, Vanguard, and Deso are a little too specifically situational for the newer players you're trying to target.

15 seconds is still a super long time, if you need more than 15 seconds of Doom i think you need to reconsider your draft.

also, i dislike your tiny item build. if youre going for the 1 position carry, i think treads are a lot better, since tiny really has no issues right clicking with his huge cleave and amazing mobility with a yasha, and if you break it down, phase gets worse with each lvl in grow where as treads get better.

this might be a personal thing, but i really dislike going cuirass on tiny, since you will be the one mainly dishing out the physical damage in fights in your team, and ac gives pretty poor damage per gold increase, as compared to lets say butterfly or buriza, if possible let your other core hero get a cuirass if thats what youre lacking in your team. i really rate manta above cuirass in either way.

butterfly is really good on tiny, because you are already pretty tanky, and butterfly gives you great EHP with craggy working on evasion attacks and the evasion and armor.

satanic is also super viable to tank up.

also, 4th point of avalanche scales terribly compared to another lvl in toss.
