Actually it isn't, this started out as a thread to appreciate the teammates, not yourself.
Sadly, people only ever read the title, but it's always nice to see people who enjoy Dota.

I feed first blood, and im just playing like SHIT in laning phase as a LS. Team doesnt flame me, i say sorry for shit play and ill make it up. we are getting STOMPED and still, nobody on team is being shit and blaming other people. We slowly start to turn the game around and end up easily winning the game.
It felt so fucking good to be on a team that didnt just go WHAT A NOOB! CANT LANE REPORT! I may have sucked ass in the lane but i ended the game with highest GPM.

It just felt so fucking good

Randomed Mirana. First time playing her. Landed almost every single arrow I shot, dominated the game. Played 3 more games with her because I was so excited. Same thing happens. Only this time, my team wards jungles and I land money arrows from 10 miles away through trees. Suddenly, new favorite hero and in love with Dota again. The feeling when you find a hero that compliments your playstyle and skills..... Mmmmmmm.

I wish I understood Puck. He/She/It seems really fun to play. I feel the same way about a couple other heroes like ES and Magnus. Just don't know when to do what with them =(

Doing the A-Z challenge is so annoying but so rewarding at the same time.
I'm at Earth Spirit right now and can totally recommend this for anyone that wants to change things up a bit.

I recently started playing a lot of Dota 2 after switching from HoN, and I have to say I'm really impressed with the community so far. More often times than not, both teams will wait for a disconnected player during a pause. And I hardly see any flaming or "you suck" banter targeted at a player that misplayed or made a mistake. One time, my team even backed up our "bad" player and told the flamer to calm down and stopped. Definitely a pleasant change of pace and ambiance in comparison to HoN.

Broke losing streak of ~10 ranked games today with the first proper good hard carry game in a month and a half.

2 deaths, 707 gpm and 44 minutes on Faceless Void. A solid win mostly on the back of good farm, couple of good team fights along the way (couple of bad ones too..), and decisive wins at Roshan.

The shift from 6.78 to 6.79 has been such difficult time for me, but I think I am finally finding the space to farm up hard carry again. I will be picking void more in the future, as his ultimate makes him pretty a high risk target to gank for any enemy: It's not so strong as to not want to gank him, but it can flip situations and provide really clutch escapes.

Also had an amazing wind runner on the team. Was playing with 2 friends who are good so our randoms are usually pretty terrible.

Played a game yesterday that ended at like 38 minutes. We won. Noone on my team spoke. We just pinged to communicate, and absolutely crushed. One of the best games of Dota I've ever played. It was like playing with mind readers. I can't even imagine how much better it would be for a whole team to speak english and coordinate attacks. Gets me all hot just thinking about it.
