Must've been a pretty low-level game, but it was All Random. We got:
SS, Earth Shaker, DS, KOTL, Timbersaw

They had:
Razor, BH, Bristle, Chen and Lifestealer

We were not a stack and went o shiiit better push fast. Had great supporting throughout by everyone, everyone TP'd, pushed and teamfought properly, had many clutch saves with meks, arcane boots to get off more stuns, SS rushed for agha refresher and we pushed down raxes very quickly. Was so satisfying to win with this kind of team.

So I used to suck as Storm Spirit so I stopped playing him. Then I played him in some bot matches to unwind after a big losing streak thanks to morons. Then I get him in least played and go HAM, 9-1-16. Felt good

Captain decides we only need one support. Whatever, I'll be fine Dark Seer is getting mek anyways. So he picks the support. Throughout the whole draft I had told him I'd play support. He then immediately locks in the support, forcing me to play either Faceless or Viper, two heroes I never play.

I went mid with the viper for my first game ever as viper. It was my second game back after not playing for a month. I dominated mid so hard it made the fact that the rest of our lanes were somewhat feeding irrelevant. We won.

I remember when I deferred my normal silencer mid when I see no gank heros to a zeus. He was really appreciative and we worked a sick global silence / nuke strat to end/start fights before teams were ready.

made a bunch of 'cyka blyat ur mom' angry russian kids in my team lose while playing unranked by feeding couriers like no one fed couriers before. felt fucking good. like i was the bringer of justice like batman or some shit.

those guys never have any reports anyway cause they will report anyone and everyone in every game regardless of what they do or don't do. not even going low prio for this.

it's kinda sad that this is the most enjoyment dota got me in a long time..

I have had 3 amazing comebacks in a row now. last game we were down 5-27, we lost rosh and all tier 1+2's. I was playing dp and my team was Lion-naix-weaver-venge against bristle-slark-cm-windrunner-storm spirit. bristle went radiance instead of pipe and slark-storm never got bkb's. I managed to get up mek and euls, we kept defending highground with exorcism. Slark kept jumping in and getting silenced + cc'd. One of the best wins i've had in a long long time. Made even better by the BM of windrunner. She told us to leave the game after 15 min. Other 2 games were really good comebacks aswell but not as good as this one.

Captain's mode and Captain's draft is aweasome, even in my solo 2800 mmr.

I started at 2850~, played only AP, went to ~2700 and then my friend suggested I should play more CD/CM and I did. People there are much more friendly overall, which is good! I have like 85% winrate and I also play more roles. I usually mid, but for the last games I also played support and offlane.

So when I want to try new builds/heroes I play unranked AP/random draft/single draft/all random and when I want to play to my best, I play ranked CM/CD.

It's the best approach.
