Just had a crazy game... We were getting owned mid game... Typical SA snowball into teamwipe after teamwipe. I thought we were done for (lost all outer rax). Until the TSN turning point - One smoke gank. After that we started buying wards (observers/sentries), Slardar got fat and then we 5 man doto'd like we have never done before. Feel good come from behind victory :D

AR : they have PL, CM, invoker, VS, SD we have undying, necro, omni, pudge and warlock

We were utterly destroy during laning phase (no one cried o flamed Oo) but the 5 man push we did at min 13 from our mid tower was unstoppable, we pushed until min 22 we almost take down their T3, come back 2 mins later and take the throne. Half the game was basicly one big fight. Heal is op.

Pub game. safe lane.. i'm Spectre.... and lane mate is nyx assassin... i though wat.... both melee and bad lane control...
to my horror, we are facing kunkka and rubick.
Luckily, everytime kunkka cleaves, nyx gets off his spiked carapace. I said 'great timing bro'. this happened about 5 times or more.. they run out of regen and we tried to kill them both..hehehehe and we did. I got a very early vanguard and power threads.. and decided to try getting radiance... I thought.. shit, what a terrible build... i'm not doing anything for a long time but farming..i should've gone diffusal manta.... bought a reaver soon... one team fight.. everybody focuses me down..they all die.. rampage... and that's it... gg

A friend of mine who is an avid LoL player. I've bugged him to switch over for months. He finally decided to try out Dota 2 as he's been watching some of TI3. Yesterday I played a few games with him, having fun. In our third game together, we go way down about 20 minutes in the game. Down 3-4 towers, they have double our kills. He says, "How do we surrender?" Sorry broski, no surrenders in Dota. He starts complaining. I try to explain to him about how comebacks occassionally happen, but he's not having any of it. I tell him normally at this point if the game is beyond rescue then we should smoke gank suicide. We went even on the next 2 team fights. Then they broke the base. Our alchemist finally starts to fight with us. They teamwipe, we push middle through their T2, T3, and T4, for the win. Think he's hooked now. One of my favorite moments.

Good moment is, when the RNGods are with me. My enemy midlaner missing 3 times uphill, while I'm able to kill him just because of that, in an autoattack battle, which I started at ~100hp. I still lost the game, because my RNG karma is now empty until end of august.

conviמced a real life friend of mine to play Dota with me. He used to be terrible and we'd lose all the time (usually because of him). I still played with him because it was fun but now that he's learned how to play, we're actually winning a LOT of games. It's great to see how much he's improved - hell, he's better at last hitting than me now

About a week or so ago, around 1am-2am, my team and I considered calling it a night. After a bit of deliberation, we queue another game.

Match found.

Enemy team is a stack led by 2GD, and included Singsing.

We're live on his Twitch TV channel, being watched by over 1,000 players.

Unfortunately our mid Pudge had a torrid time against Singsing's solo mid Visage.

We lose but can't complain. It was like playing and losing to Day[9] on SC2 matchmaking.

What a great moment.

Just played a great game with some randoms, really good spirited people on both teams who could chat and laugh about the game, but were still serious about wanting to win.

Went Rubick as there were some good spells to steal, other support went Windrunner. He was actually interested in good warding, and commended me for my good warding (first time anyone online has noticed so far)! So during the game we talked about where we needed wards, planned out when we were going to put them down, set up for Roshan early, you know, actually did what we were meant to... It was just great to talk to someone who wanted to play smartly!!

None of us were exactly great at the game, but we didn't make too many mistakes. When we started getting bogged down in teamfights I suggested we just make space for our Alchemist so he could farm up a bit more. So the team actually did it! We faked going Rosh at one point to draw them away, just harassed and traded where we could, then surprised them with a fully farmed Alch. Felt good seeing him smash through their whole team.

Just great when people are polite, honest about how they're playing, plan things out together and listen to each other!

Solo'd into a match, wound up with four guys that were in a team together. They all had clan tags and everything. I end up picking Skeleton King because we need a hard carry. Get into game and they all start talking to eachother in Spanish over mics. Notably, I don't speak very much Spanish. I'm about to mute them, (not for any personal reason, it's just that listening to people talk in a language I don't understand distracts me during the game), when I hear the word "Skeleton." I pause...

Wait a second, I'm a skeleton...

So I respond: "Hablan ingles? no hablo espanol."

There's a pause. Then I hear: "Skeleton... you farm. ok?"
I respond: "Ok."

So that's what I did, they set up an easy defensive trilane for me to farm in and that's all I did all game long. Crazy things kept happening all around the map and these four guys pretty much stomped the enemy team without me. I went 2/1/1 by the end of the game, never made any big plays, but I was really farmed up. They never even needed me though, pretty much crushing the enemy on their own.

End of the game I hear "gg Skeleton" before they all leave.

Even though they never needed me, it felt good that these guys who barely spoke any English trusted me enough to just farm up just in case shit went down and they needed a carry. They never once seemed to mind that I was just free-farming in the safe lane and jungle all game long.(Something that pubs don't typically like.)

played a shit furion, let enemy SF and PL get way too farmed, thought the game was over - Sandking, Rubick, Darkseer managed to turn the game with some really clutch engagements and got me enough space to farm my way back into the game

I had a game with 2 of my friends and 2 randoms the other day that was just magical. The two other dudes picked pudge and chen, never really said anything, and played like it was dendi and puppey behind those heroes. We ganked, pushed and won in a silent understanding.

AR, I'm matched with a 4 stack, we had ogre magi, alche, void, nyx and sand king versus invoker, huskar, bat, undying and DOOM. We obviously got stomped but in a joyful manner because we all agree we could not do too well given the line ups. Every kill was a victory and it was a good game.

Played the most incredible game today. The most action-packed game I have ever been a part of. Solo queue, pick Pudge mid while my allies did a aggressive tri with Disrupter, CM, Jakiro with Troll solo bot. We are up against Luna, Wisp, Lion, Kunkka, Prophet. Though the early/midgame was super hectic, it did end up being a 1 sided stomp from my team as we were 4v5 while our Troll free farmed most of the game and became unkillable. Basically, everyone else was fighting constantly, dying, then tping back to the rejoin the fight. At 18min into the game, there was already 63 total kills. Game slowed down a bit later as we were breaking the base but there was still 99 total kills in a 37min game. I don't know what the fuck actually happened that game but it was balls to the wall and fun as hell. This is DOTA !

single draft , the enemy 5 man from level 1 , its a total facerush lineup with axe , spirit breaker and slardar. were over 100 kills at 40 minutes , and win the game 70 - 49 because of brilliant play from our puck and magnus.
