Accidentally alt-tabbing.

Fortunately, within the client, there is an option to turn off alt-tab and to turn of the windows key. Although this works correctly, this is not ideal for me. This stops you from using the alt-tab command and the windows key at any point while the client is open. Even when I use Ctrl-Alt-Del to try and open task manager, I return to the full-screen client. This means I am unable to do anything outside the starcraft client without exiting the game and then opening it later.

The idea I had for being able to fix this problem would be to set the alt-tab command to work only when I have scroll lock down, preferably set up so that throughout windows, this will always be required.
I am not experienced in programming so am unable to write a programme for this myself, but would be very grateful if someone were able to help me out with this. Thanks!
