EPTThat's the URL I get if I try accessing the site, the page never loads - no error message, just a blank page.
I was trying to reinstall Battlefield 3, but I can't even download it due to a specific error: ERROR 196620:0
If you use google, there's a suggestion to use HotSpot shield; which I can then access the site and Origin client works properly for me (loads the images of my games and initiates the downloads) but nothing ever downloads.
My laptop, however, can download the entire client and game without a problem and can access the site comfortably.
I've disabled all my firewalls, tried something related to local proxy misconfigured - everything: no luck. Still won't work.
Is there anything you guys can do to help me out? D:
edit: http://www.origin.com/ca/download - going here is incredibly slow and when it finally loads and I go to download Origin, I get this error:
