No Output in Monitors After Blue Screen

I just had a blue screen and restarted. However, now the monitors do detect any input.
Is this a graphics card problem? The system turns on and every seems normal except I don't see anything on the monitors.

Another thing that I notice is that the lights on my keyboard are staying on. [The numlock and the caplock.] Usually when I plug it in, the num lock and the caps lock light will turn on for a split second then turn off. However, now it is staying on even if I try to turn it off by pressing it. If it was only a video card problem, wouldn't the keyboard driver still work? I'm thinking maybe it is the motherboard? But it seems to be supplying power to everything correctly.

I've opened up the computer and power is getting to the graphics card correctly [I can tell because the fan is spinning]. There are no beeps at start up either. I've plugged in another monitor on the graphics card and it does not register. However, I have not plugged one in the motherboard directly [because I do not have one that fits that port.]

I was not doing anything rough to the computer [ie knocking it around] so I don't think any wires or anything are loose. I did take a look, and everything on the inside seems like it is normal.

Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I would post specs, but I don't think it is related to specific pieces of hardware. For the sake of being complete, I'll post it anyways. If you need specific model numbers, I'll go dig out the box.

Motherboard: [Not sure]
CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1090T
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 240
RAM: 4x2GB
HDD: 1TB /100GB free space
PSU: 500W
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate(64 bit)

edit: Just plugged the monitor in my laptop. Monitor is working.

Yeah, either your GPU died or user error like the GPU being loose from PCIE lane or monitor cables not plugged properly in. Easiest way to make sure is just to find an adapter (I assume DVI / VGA?) to plug into your onboard graphics card.

Hmmm. That's what I thought too. But if it died in the middle of running, then I don't think it would have displayed a blue screen. Instead, wouldn't it just have blanked the monitor since my monitor is attached to the GPU?

I understand what you mean but that's not always the case. The BSOD is just one last frame(buffer), it can usually render that unless power is just abruptly cut. In fact, it's more common to get a BSOD. I've had a lot of graphics card where internal soldering loosened in some way (most common cause), and they always went to BSOD into not restarting.

You should probably make sure your motherboard is OK before getting a new graphics card. I like to keep an old PCI graphics card around for testing. If you have no onboard graphics or any card that works on your computer, there are still some diagnostics that you can do:

-Removing the graphics card should cause the motherboard to send a beep code indicating that there is no graphics card (consult the manual to find out what it should sound like). If the motherboard does not beep without a graphics card, then there is probably a problem with the motherboard, CPU, or RAM (most likely the board).

-Try removing everything from the motherboard except one stick of RAM, the CPU, and the graphics card. This would rule out one of your peripherals interfering with the motherboard. I'd expect the computer to still boot OK (so keyboard num-lock light should be toggleable) even if the graphics card is dead, but it may be possible that it won't depending on how exactly the card failed.

-Look for defective capacitors (if the metal top is bulging outward or the capacitor is leaking brown fluid, it is defective) on the GPU and motherboard.
