EPTIve recently discovered a problem with my rig as I was opening it up to clean it, My Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo Fan doesn't spin resulting in my computer overheating.
The fan will spin consistently if i open up the rig and spin it manually a few times and let it start up but if I turn on my computer on a cold start without any help the fan will attempt to spin 1/8 and then just stop.
Once the fan begins spinning it keeps going on its own but has trouble starting up by itself, If I manually spun it then stopped it, it spins again by itself. Im looking for advice on how to fix the problem thanks!
My specs are
PSU - 520watt Antec
OS - Windows 7 Enterprise
CPU - I5 2500l (Overclocked at 4.5)
GPU - GeForce GTX Nvidia 560ti
MOBO - Z68 Extreme3 Gen3
