Thanks, I just changed my Fkeys but I want to change idle worker to ~(tilde) from F1 and I can't find it in the drop down list for changeable keys. Is it an option to use the ~ key?

Yea, i did this.

The key you're looking for in the list is "grave". (that's the ` key, the thing under the ~)

I really like the "work with file" thing, it allows me to easily make some changes that your tool doesn't support directly (like using Space for unit hotkeys, or setting multiple keys for a single unit hotkey).

Could you also include that option for the UI hotkeys? I guess you can just copy/paste a decent chunk of the existing code. Well not necessarily now because I think my settings are fine right now, but you might consider it for the next version.

I also noticed that the Multi-Mod GameHotkeys.txt is now empty (it had a few hotkeys before that overwrote some of the hotkeys that your file changed).
I don't know yet if the "global" toggle sound hotkey still is there (setting something to ctrl+s didn't work because of this).

What would be the best way to use "[" and "/" in your program? I'm an extreme lefty and so I use the absolute farthest part of the keyboard.

2nd'ed. I'd also like the work with file option for the UI changer. Mainly because when I restore the backed up mpq file prior to updating sc2, I have to re-add all my custom UI keys manually to the new version of sc2. Having the work with file option for the regular hotkeys saves a lot of time after a patch, and I've got a ton of UI keys changed around.

Also, when you change the repair key, Alt+'new repair key' doesn't auto-cast repair like Alt+R does with the default hotkeys. If you could fix this that would be great.

Spinesheath, I tried to change the the ctrl+s key, but it still turns the sound on/off.

I made a discovery guys...

If you used the SC2Tools and made all your changes but they don't take in game, use the MPQ editor to see if you have a GameHotkeys.txt in your MPQ file. If you dont, go back to SC2Tools and Save to file your changes, naming it GameHotkeys.txt.

Add that file to your MPQ via the MPQ editor and your settings will be in game.

I had to do this to get the settings to stick.

Thanks so much for this program, I just remapped all 3 races to be the same hotkeys and my life is soooo much easier. Is there a paypal link for donations?

- fixed bug when saved txt file has no extension
- [UI Changer] Added CapsLock button to list. Added open/save to file buttons. Rename 'Warp In' to 'Select All Warp Gates'

I changed the Gamehotkeys.txt in the latest patch mpq but it did nothing. I don't like to use your tool, because I can't let it change the grid layout.

edit: I had to change it in the Core folder, not in Liberty.

I'm using 0.99.7 and I can double click the cancel icon (and set it to some other hotkey) just fine, are we both talking about the Common > Cancel icon ?

In the worst case, safe the file somewhere, open it in some editor, search for cancel and change the hotkeys manually. Then open the hotkey changer again, load from file and save to mpq. Much more convenient than using an mpq editor.
