She's great, and I'm sure she'd be a great fit for Kerrigan, especially after they put some filters and such over that. But for myself and many others, the disappointment isn't from a lack of talent (she obviously has a lot of it), it's about nostalgia.

Im sure she will do fine, im really impressed with how many different voices she can act. Her at the end was pretty neat, dont know what i like better though, but im sure she will do fine.
Shes not so bad imo.

She has a great resume, with that much diversity she should be able to pull off Kerrigan with some effects. I think her resume speaks for itself.

Ehhh...I don't know how I feel. Mainly when it comes to video games/anime/animated movies that I would favor the original because I associate that character with a certain voice. I haven't watched much of Pokemon lately, but I instantly picked up on the new voice actors. I don't know if they were trying to imitate her voice or duplicate it, but it's just minor things like this that gnaw at me.

Futurama is the same. If they changed their voice actors, it would be hard for me to not think about it. Much like other iconic characters, if Homer Simpson or Solid Snake were done by anyone other than this original voice actor, I would most likely be predisposed to not like it. Why change things that work?

I did listen to that mp3 and it seems that she's an okay voice actor, but for Kerrigan...I'm not really sure. I'm just going to need more time and samples to judge fully. Ideally, I would want to stick with GTC no matter what.

If the new voice doesnt sound the exact same as the old one I will be upset. I have played this game to many times to have Kerrigan's voice be any different.

Glynnis Campbell has done the voice for several things across numerous blizzard games. Theres no reason why she couldn't fill the same role for Starcraft 2 (return of the medic voice too).

Basically it comes down to whether or not she fits the bill as Kerrigan in SCII as many have said, and personally I don´t think she does. It will be interesting to see if they tweak the voice with filters and post processesing, but cmon... Her resumé can be 9 million pages long.. she could have done every voice in the universe and been good at it, and it STILL means absolutely shit if she can´t do a believable and most of all an authentic Sarah Kerrigan.

Imagine Homer Simpsons having a different voice in the next 21st season of The Simpsons?
