Also, if you block someone and you forget to unblock them after game, you might get them as an ally and then you can't read what they say.

OP is asking for a feature that would stop people from talking to you if and only if they're on the enemy team. That would also bypass all of the bullshit with running out of space on block lists and having to remove and re-add people to it and checking your allies at the start of every co-op / 2v2 to make sure that they're not blocked.

1) The ability to say why you're pausing, but if you have to pause, you should just quit and take the loss 2) The ability to say Rumplebuildskin

Also agree with Boggyb on pausing. Half the time people do it, it's 10 seconds into the game because they forgot to set their music or something stupid like that. It's just rude.

Removing it would only deprive players of two things: 1) The ability to say why you're pausing, but if you have to pause, you should just quit and take the loss 2) The ability to say Rumplebuildskin The first point is a real problem that I'm not sure how it could be resolved easily for StarCraft. The way it was solved in CS: GO was that you need 4/5 votes (80% including your automatic vote for suggesting pause) from your team mates to pause for 1 minute. Each team gets 1 pause per 15 rounds (30 in total). This pause could also be tactical and nice for SC because team mates could discuss a strategy, which is perfect for RTS. Maybe if this idea is used for SC, each team could also get one pause for 1 minute at most so this doesn't get abused. I think Blizzard should think about such timing details, but I like the way CS: GO has done it even though I consider StarCraft my main game. ![]()

- If I lose the game, I congratulate my opponent and gladly accept those bad words. Those are good motivation to me to improve my game play. After all I lose the game. I'm willing to give the winner the right to say whatever he/she wants to say ![]() - If I win the game, I do the same. I'd also express my appreciation for them to play Starcraft II with me, cuz not as many people are playing these days. Then our conversation usually ends up in a very friendly way and we even befriend each other. If bm/trash talk can make my opponents happy, I'm more than happy to take them, because I know I'm helping other people. If bm/trash talk can make them enjoy the game more I'm also happy, because I love this game and I want more people to keep playing. Playing Starcraft can even make you mentally stronger :O Doesn't that make this game even cooler? :D

Sore losers, I understand. Been there. It's hard, especially for children. Sore winners? That's tougher for me to wrap my head around. If you can't be even a little bit gracious after the thrill of winning a game of SC2, it's probably time for some much needed self-reflection. I make an exception for good-natured trach talk. That's all in good fun, especially amongst friends, doubly so if it's actually witty instead of just mean. But the need to run down a complete stranger after a win? It might be a sign of something deep and concerning.

I never get annoyed when someone else BM me, just a bit sad, or just stun when it get to insane "I hope you die" level, and I always keep my, quite rare, BM to balance whine or self insults. But with that said, I get so mad when I get chesed, I have lost count of how many time I have lift all my building and went to took a walk after getting proxy reaper ![]()

Also says he's lost track of how many times he's lifted his buildings and left when his opponent doesn't play how he wants them to.

Well, I mean spoken BM, I usually doesn't say anything when I lift my building, clearly this make me a respectful and mature human being.

you need to embrace the cleansing touch of the fetid starcraft toxicity. Revel in it. Feel the purity of its emotion. And then retaliate with equal verbal brutality. Don´t block. Blocking on the internet is like child abortion. God doesn´t want you to do it.
