There have been a few weird changes since maintenance was applied in the time frame surrounding the patch, with things that are not mentioned in the official patch notes ( http://us.battle.net/sc2/en/blog/20059667 )
Here's what I've been able to find so far:
Zerg Baneling: New, louder sound effect upon morph finish
Terran Liberator freedom zone visual change, more subtle.
Maps Ruins of Endion lighting changed to a darker preset.
Feel free to post if you notice any more things that are weird or different, something not already stated in the patch notes!

I haven't been able to play properly for a couple of months because of work but I did play 1 ladder game yesterday after doing the Nova missions and some Protoss sound effects felt different to me but I thought it was just because I hadn't played for a while.

I noticed the freedom zone change. Also, the way molten appears before falling in d3 changed similarly visually. Also, the lighting changed a bit on Desolate sands. I'm sure if there is a connection.

same here. Also can't seem to log on through normal battle.net app, it only connects to server when i use SC2 app directly for some reason

The text of the multiplayer menu - Terran, Protoss, Zerg, 1v1, Archon, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4 etc. all looks strange now >.>
I don't like it. Looks bad! It was fine before... why change what is good...

My placement matches got reset in every mode, I now have to play all 5 instead of just the one.

That is a lot of bug fixes. I don't understand what this one means tho:

Regarding the queue status lock issue, apparently pressing Play through the normal Multiplayer screen instead of Play Again on the Score Screen can help ...

This also applies to lurker morphs, Ravagers I'm not sure - I don't think so.
Also I've played an automated tournament where I was 100% certain I queued up as Zerg, yet got placed as Random. This has happened in 1v1 with Terran too, but that might've been my mistake.

Quite a few people have noticed this. It's definitely a problem for all races. Not just on tournaments, but also on ladder.

Liberator circle should be red again, just like in the beta.
And yeah, some people have been spawning with a different race than selected.

I'm sure it's a bug and not me misclicking cause i was streaming at the time (here at 1h08)

I think that's the one that has orange color effects over the game+UI.
The icy map doesn't have color problem
Reaper grenade thing is annoying and affecting many games
Color thing needs looking at too, it's having a big impact on ladder & competitive maps. I've seen no justification for it other than it being an asthetic choice but it clearly hurts visibility and playability http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/sc2-maps/505756-dark-maps-and-zvz?page=2

I have been repeateadly having some bugs when quickly re-tagging for ladder after a game is over and it either says that my status is "locked" or it just get stuck on "game found" and i have to re-log into the game. I have been under the impression that it took me some ladder points off after some bugs and I have more games on my profile that I actually played so that's that.

Radius doesn't have to change Yeah my problem with the liberator isnt the space it takes up, just that it can take that space in the air without getting hit.

Yeah, that's a good alternative. The radius can stay at 5.0 since it already got nerfed from 5.5 and just do the -1 range change as a bonus as a slight nerf for liberator's harassment.

Anyone else getting some slight performance issues with this patch? Sometimes when a building finishes or I scout there base for the first time I get a slight fps drop that makes my game stutter for a split second (I've tried unit preloader). I have a gtx 970 and an i5 4690k so I feel like I shouldn't be getting fps drops like that. I already tried reinstalling it but that didn't work. Anyone have any suggestions?

Well, the fix patch actually fucked BN heavily yesterday. Patch came at 2am, at the beginning of the tournament. Every time i pressed ready i got logged out(same goes for everyone in the tournament). So it was about 15 minutes and tournament was finished with random winners without actually anyone playing a single game.
