![]() Ah well, it was fun while it lasted. I'll be looking forward to economy changes in LotV, hopefully it'll improve the pacing of the game. I was so excited to get my paws on this game again after finals week, too.

They shoulda prepared the new pool way way earlier so that important leagues like SSL, GSL, SPL would not be so confused in choosing between a fun but shitty dreampool and an utterly boring ss3 That results in we spectator having to watch the likes of Deadwing, Nimbus, Catallena for another freakin quarter. (This experimental pool wont even start until Jan 5 while Code begins in Jan 7). What are you even thinking Blizzard? You better learn to read properly, before trying to while like a kiddo ![]()

I enjoyed a lot that diversity, good scouting and good adaptation to what your opponent was doing was heavily required. Re-learning to defend old cheese was fun, adapting to weird build was ton of fun as well. Now we go back to the good old "every map is standard and look the same." I'm kind of sad but hope that for the next round they will show some innovative maps. Opening reaper expand for dummies

Thanks for nothing King Sejong, Overgrowth and Deadwing are perfectly fine (though King and overgrowth have been around for while now, so I don't mind seeing them go), Merry Go Round is actually Zerg favoured according to the winrate statistics and having 1 Terran-friendly map left on a pool of 7 is perfectly acceptable if they decide to leave one of those in, depending on how the others are balanced. Perfect balance on every individual map is boring. Depending on how the new maps are swapping out 4/7 is perfectly fine.

If we follow the 9 deck slot polemic in hearthstone we can understand clearly that Blizzard don't want to have complicated stuff going on. The 7 mappool will stay unfortunately. We should be glad they are letting us having the Archon mode :D.

The few matches i played had a good nostalgia feeling, but i can understand that people who play more than 5 games a day got really sick of 'em.
