Naw it's not out yet. I know a few people who are doing that, myself included.

I have a suggestion that would help make air units more microable.
I think you guys are still using separation point, but there is a better way to do it.
Give air units a separation point of 0 and give them a behavior that uses the Apply Force effect on nearby air units.
I'd suggest a value of around 0.0004.(for whatever, reason air units are much more susceptible Apply Force effects than ground units)
This causes clumps of units to slowly spread out without stopping units from going into glide.

Likewise, I really look forward to it.

Having a lot of fun with this, hopefully get to see some of you guys when this ladder launches especially, I shall be languishing somewhere near the bottom methinks :p

Really happy to see the Spidermine to be 1 step closer to the BW model and that the devs decided to revert back the Irradiate to its original dmg.

One of my viewers asked for some replays, so I made a replay pack and figured I might as well post it here too, since it doesn't look like uploading replays is too common yet. Most of the games are PvT and PvZ, since PvP is by far my weakest, but there's a couple PvP's in there. For reference since people like to ask, I was B- on iCCup in Brood War and a Master's SC2 player.

@Corsairs
They currently don't have an ability because we are a bit unsure what it should be. It will have an ability before Starbow is out of beta.

I take it the BW ability is not desireable / nearly overlaps with the viper? I was playing vs mech and I built a ton of corsairs only to find out there was no dweb and I was very sad as my carriers were killed by mass goliath shortly after.

Any thoughts on revamping the roach, baneling and stalker yet and improving them? These units must be in the game in some form, in my opinion. Otherwise it's just another SC2: Brood War rehash. Not that it would be a terrible thing to have a second clone of Brood War in the SC2 engine, but I think what people are most excited about here is watching and playing something that's a bit different.
Anyhow just concerned that should things go in that direction (clone) people might start to lose interest.

Why with the Viper, it doesn't have Blinding cloud. It has Ensnare, Abduct and Consume.

Will Firebats and Marauders require Techlab? I think they come too early in the game, feels a bit like C&C. :<

I would imagine the issue with Dweb is that smart casting would make it too easy to use. Would be testable though, Sair Reaver is not as good in Starbow anyway (not tested post corsair buff/scourge nerf though)

Have the Spider mines been updated yet?

Goliath as an anti-air ground unit should have strong ground-to-air attack, even against carriers. This is the design rule BW strictly follows. It is because air units have mobility advantages(not necessarily speed, but the ability to fly over any terrain; this is a huge plus). There must be a counter to them on the ground.
The problem you mentioned is not really a problem. You can either mix ground units (archons, etc) to assist or make use of the terrain. It's not like you build a bunch of almighty carriers and A-move to a equally economy opponent and auto win. In BW, no one uses carriers to fight against mass goliath directly unless there is an overwhelming economy advantage so that it doesn't matter.
Keep carriers and goliath as what they are in BW. They are fine,

Dallan Christensen, the leading designer of SCBW, once said that those simple rules are what made SC BW a great and stable game. The game is like a ecosystem or a society, in which the physical rules/ human laws are critical for the sustainability & stability of the whole system. Just like a country built based on laws/constitutions is more sustainable than a dictatorships regime where decisions are usually made randomly depending on the ruler's desire.
Keep the good work going! Thats interesting. Where did u read that? BTW: Have you looked at the banshee? Strong air-to-ground but with no AA. Thought?
I forget where I read that interview article. :D
Based on the rules, the banshee should be nerfed, directly or indirectly, for example: reduce its air-to-ground damage or reduce its health/speed, or increase its cost/build time & requirement.

The banshee already has weaker air to ground than in sc2.

The banshee is already a 3 supply unit. Takes 3 shots to kill a worker. Already extremely fragile in head on fights. It's no guardian. It's a unit that rewards great micro and decision making.
