And 1 more question: how do i import all my older replays from sc2gears? On the Replay folders page, there is a Help icon in the tool bar. Move your mouse cursor over that and it explains everything.
Quoting the relevant part:
"If Auto-back up New Replays" is enabled (it is by default), Monitored replay folders will be monitored and when new replays are detected in them, they will be backed-up automatically (to a folder and with a name template of your choosing)." So your SC2 Replay folder should be monitored while your Replay backup folder should definitely NOT be monitored.
If you want to "import" all your older replays from Sc2gears, all you have to do is add a new Replay folder pointing to the folder where Sc2gears was saving your replays. That's all. It will appear in the Replay folders table and you can list your old replays by double clicking on it. Of course you can copy/move the replay files to the Scelight backup folder, but that is not required.

Cannot find favored player list?

This has been answered before:
Open a replay in the Replay analyzer, and below the player name there is a small wrench icon. Clicking on this opens the Player menu. Choose "Add to the favored player list" or if a player is already on the favored list, you can "Remove from the favored player list".
You can also view and manually edit the Favored player list on the Replay processor settings page.

Is this happening for anyone else? What error do you get? Can you be more specific? Maybe error logs? Of course I can't recreate the error now, but it had something to do with Java not being accessible. It only happened once Starcraft was already open. How do I access the error logs? You can check logs in the Help menu => Logs. By default the Logs page shows logs since the last start of Scelight, but on this page you can also display / navigate to older log files.
Tried that, and there are no errors showing up in the logs. But I'm not convinced it was an SCELight side error...

Hi,
great tool!!! Thank you very much.
When I load a bunch of replays that I want to analyze into the "Replay Analyzers" section, how do I clear the list of reps?
GG!

What list do you want to clear?
The list of opened replays in the Replay Analyzers? If so, you can close a Replay analyzer by clicking on the red cross on the right of its title or press the CTRL+F4 keys.
You want to clear the replay list table? Just close the Replay list page (the same way, either click on the red cross or press CTRL+F4).
You want to refresh the replay list table? Just close the Replay list, and open it again (by e.g. double clicking on the Replay folder). Note: you don't have to close the Replay list, you can also have it opened in 2 (or any) instances.

Got it, thanks! I just thought that it would be possible to close all the replays currently in the 'Replay Analyzer' list at one click. I can only do it by closing the reps one by one or by clicking ctrl +f4 for each replay.

Found another bug: when I change the replay backup folder to go to my SC2 multiplayer replay folder, it saves the replay...1000 times. "REplay saved...replay saved...replay saved...replay saved...replay saved..." As cute as Smix's voice is, it starts to get a little redundant.

You set a Replay backup folder which is inside of a monitored folder. The SC2 multiplayer replay folder is a child folder of the default SC2 replay folder (which contains all account-specific SC2 replay folders, and it is monitored by default).
Resolution: If you really want your Replay backup folder to be the SC2 multiplayer folder (or inside of that), you have to make your default SC2 replay folder not monitored, and add another replay folder pointing to your exact account-specific replay folder, and make that monitored.

Released Scelight 1.5 with new Logo and small improvements.
Details are in the first post. (Re)start Scelight and it will install the updates automatically. It will also notify you of the updates if you have it running.

Other replay managers had it, can Scelight do same? I mean can Scelight filter replays by unit?

Do you have any idea when the API will be ready ?
|
Really great work Dakota_Fanning!
But I still use SC2gears, because the MMR plugin doesn't work with Scelight yet

You can check on the progress though on the Components page of the About dialog where the External Module API version is indicated. Most likely it will hit public when it reaches 1.0 (currently 0.3). Although it does not increase with time linearly, it may jump big versions if it is in focus of development.

Could you make an option so that the APM meter is completely unclickable?

The way it works: it is not completely unclickable, you can still click on the "config" icon (which will show you the overlay config menu), but other than that you can click on it anywhere and it will have no effect, focus will remain in SC2. Also even if you open the config menu, it will still not hijack the focus from SC2 (or your active application).
This "focusable" state can also be toggled in the config menu. By default it will be on (overlays will not be focusable).

When will you be adding Smix korean voice over in SCElight? I was talking to her in Huk chat and she said he would be up to doing it if you message her to do it. I enjoy hearing the korean voice over after every game saying "replay saved".
