My original tank idea was simply to make siege mode and tank mode transformations faster, and maybe reduce supply to 2 instead of 3.

Put up some upgrades in dark shrine for DT so they wont affect that much for DT rushes

Isn't that the easiest all-in to hold already? Pretty sure it is. Immortal 2 base must be better. Got to be better.

Imo chronoboost makes so much all-ins possible, larva inject too (lesser extent). Mules make possible scv pulls.
I say these 3 mechanics should be removed. They're nothing but robotic nobrain actions.

Whats the point of having them in the game?

Well we could turtle more, if your into that sort of thing. We have gotten really good at it, since our harassment costs a ton of gas and puts us behind on upgrades.

I think the idea is to give Protoss better late-game harassment options so that it's not all about the deathball, but this isn't the right way to do it. Maybe give DTs a speed upgrade at the DT shrine and have some Oracle upgrade at the fleet beacon instead.

Faster DTs doesn't even help Protoss cheese or all-ins that much, it makes DTs a much stronger standard unit.

Didn't Blizzard say that they talk regularly with Progamers?

Why don't they ever show an interview saying like we discussed patch change xy with those players and they think its good to do it. The explanation comes always from David Kim and it sounds like he is the one balancing everything alone.

I think people are not realizing the extent of the mine nerf.

Basic math for area of a circle of 1.1 radius vs 1.75

New area: 3.8
Old Area: 9.6

That's almost 3 times smaller.

Quality of life patches keep games spicy. I love a good quality of life patch.

They later said it wasn't helpful because every progamer was too biased towards their own race.

I agree with all the changes except the widow mine splash radius, which is a little too low.

It should be around 1.250~1.375 in my opinion.

Like the Tank buff, might allow you to squeeze in a 3rd shot until they die, still way to less damage for 3 supply and the Range is to low against the other siege weapons that can fly.

And Woah speed DTs, hope they make it combine it with the charge upgrade, otherwise Terran will have a tiny problem lol.

And I think the mine nerf will be fun. Terran will just roll over and die against Ultra Muta, which will be so easy to get.
