Maybe when zergs have a proxy hatchery that they can make vipers from instantly that comment would make sense...
You could warp in an HT ANYWHERE you had a pylon, which would be everywhere, and insta-storm.

Not the same as being able to make a unit at a hatchery. Maybe it improves zerg defensiveness making vipers during an attack, but doesn't let them do it offensively.

The splash damage of the WMs needs a nerf. Zergs show us perfect micro and still lose.

tanks need to be buffed for absurd amounts of ground damage, it should be the ridiculously expensive immobile but unbeatable straight up army.

right now P and Z armies both roflstomp mech to the ground in straight up fights. not to mention warpin mechanic exploiting mech immobility 20x harder than bw p units ever could.

Well, he specificall mentioned that they wouldn't be as fast as mutalisks (4.0), but yeah, I think that is the intention. But yeah, anything over 3 would help greatly (from 2.75 right now), as it would at least shorten the time for the overseer to catch up and they couldn't get sniped by stimmed marines anymore if you react in time.

Tell me more about those Vikings apparently invulnerables to Hydralisks' spines, flying in total impunity over Zerg's army to kill Vipers somehow stuck despite being faster than said Vikings?

Give Mech a upgrade ( like stim research time ) which mech gives extra dmg against shields and we would see Mech in tvp.

For those complaining that vipers will instantly die to feedbacks, guess what? You already attack with vipers only once you consume to full energy, so vipers won't be any weaker against protoss. It only means that protoss will have less time to get high templars out and just die to an early viper timing.

Viper buff is gonna mess up ZvT/ZvP pretty badly. It will nullify tanks and colossi pretty badly. All the other changes are fine though.
