The first thing that came to mind was psionic storm because of how badass an ability it would be, but thinking about it more, abilities with more practical uses are much better. Blink, cloak, timewarp, neural parasite, healing, speed boost, hallucination, force field, metabolic boost, adrenal glands, regenerative ability and ultralisk plating each all are very useful abilities to have.
If I had to pick though, I'd choose neural parasite, hallucination or cloak.

Personal cloaking seems the only one so far without any disadvantages. You can turn it off, no irreversible effects. Doesn't seem like it could go horribly wrong if you don't get hit by a car or something.
Cloak for the obligatory stalking potential, blink for the "I'm awesome" potential. Recall would be too boring, I don't want to wait on energy. Storm might be a little dangerous, I wouldn't want friendly fire to kill my gf or somebody ^.^

Cloak seems the most useful for real-life situations, but probably the most easily abused as well.
Blink and time warp and stuff is great, but noticeable. You can't just go around teleporting without a lot of people asking a lot of questions. Same deal with neural parasite -- Dark Archon style mind control would be very handy -- but NP involves a giant fucking tentacle shooting out of you. No thanks. Arbiter style stasis would be infinitely better than time warp, but still, if you used it and moved before it wore off, you would appear to everyone around you to be teleporting away, and you probably don't want that.
All the destructive abilities wouldn't really be usable unless you wanted to launch some kind of one-man war. Yamato? Psi storm? Fungal? Strike cannons? Great, you can kill a lot of people from a few hundred feet away. Then what?
Many abilities wouldn't do anything. Photon overcharge? Good luck finding a nexus to cast it on. Mules? Good luck finding some mineral clusters to harvest. Feedback
The medi(va)c healing beam is probably the one that would be best for all involved. I think I'd have to go with that, as I'd gain a meaningful benefit without either the temptation to do all sorts of bad things or the government after me or both.

Depends...if the blink is of the range of teleportation in Jumper, then I'd probably choose that, but if it is limited-range wise then I'd probably much rather have cloak (Invisible man fuck yeah).
Having the ability to pull the foundation for a massive building out of my pants like SCVs do would be extremely awesome. I'd make so much money off scrap metal.
Edit: but seriously hardened shields. It's a two-in-one; plasma shields (which protect me from bullets) and the ability to laugh at a missile or speeding train.
I know I said Muta regen, and, for me at least, that is the correct answer, but "Restart game" seems kinda funn too, since you still know how things pan out. It's kind of like an 80+ year routine of groundhog day

My first hunch was to take the fly mode transition from Vikings to be able to fly, but then again, why would I want to be an airplane that's slower than a running person on the ground. So I guess I'll take the Heal ability from Queens and do good with it (and hope there is another person decent enough to take it so I'll get healed too).

Well, I suppose it´s a drug that boosts your abilities? Ignoring the side-effects, it would probably make you a pretty spectacular Sc2 player to watch.

edit: on second thought, while having the munchies supply calldown would be awesome, stuff urself till your about to explode, call down supply to get more max food, keep eating :D

Cloak is the obvious 1st choice.
2nd choice would be nukes, and the 100 billion dollars I 'd have to get in order to disarm me.
3rd choice would be burrow (with burrow movement) because most people don't have detection IRL.
The problem of the second choice is, that if the ghost dies the nukes is not called.

I'd take the roach regeneration ability any day of the week. I've unfortunately had a history with getting injured and then not being able to do my favorite activities for weeks on end while I heal, I'd love to have the ability to heal within a single night of sleep or heck even within seconds or sustaining an injury.

I wouldn't have a ghost. I myself would have the ability to call down nuke.
remember guys its abilities NOT units. i guess transfuse so i can fight and never die, blink for obvious reasons or neural parasite. could do some awesome stuff with that.
hm lets see: - permanent cloak? Not really viable for daily life, would eventually be hunted down and end up in a science lab. No standard interaction with anyone possible - temporary cloak? Tempting. Assuming 200 max energy and a drain of .9 Energy/second plus the initial cost of 25 energy, that would leave me with a max cloaked time of little more than 3 minutes. Not sure if worth. - Blink? Comparing unit sizes to blink range, it would have a max range of ~10-30 meters. Nifty for not having to take doors, but other than that way too much risk to end up in a bad spot - Nuke calldown? Sweet. But for this ability to work I would also need a ghost academy armed with a nuclear missile, which is not included in the ability to call down a nuke. So I have a long range laser pointer with no nuke, could threaten to blind some pilots on the local airfield when trying to land, but other than that pretty useless. - Hallucination, another choice that comes to mind when thinking about so many possible applications. If only they would last longer than 60 seconds. Even spawn changeling (150 seconds) is better, although it will die if it gets touched by anything. Cannot even hallucinate objects and sell them to make a fortune with so little duration on them - reaper jetpack. Oh, it does not make me faster and only allows for jumps on small cliffs (about 5m max height). So - no. - neural parasite. But 10 seconds does not allow for pretty much anything other than signing a contract, so timing this right to get at least anything out of it will be tough. - time warp - tent sized bubble that slows down things. Good in a zombie apocalypse, other than that not really that useful (as the bubble can be seen by everyone, so applying it to win a horse race gets easily identified as cheating) - Storm - cool for showing off for 10 minutes, gets boring fast. If applied to humans/objects you end in jail faster than anything - Snipe - thought about this, becoming a pro sniper/assasin/biathlon winner. But with a range of about maybe 30-50 meters not really impressive at all. - Stim to win? Not without a healer nearby. Stim twice and you are about to die in exchange for very few seconds of boost. Won't have enough stim available to even make it to the qualifiers for the olympics, so no winning there. - pneumatized carapace? Having air in my bones would make me slightly faster, but also much more fragile.
So I would pick one of these: - ignite afterburner (just like stim but for free and with short CD? this is great) - transfuse (make money from healing stuff, but sadly no healing myself, can only target other allies) - muta/reaper regeneration - zergling speed (little wings and you can run super fast? sweet, although creepy) - adrenal glands (20% faster attack speed, become a boxing champion) - recall - transform into flying jet (slow, but at least I could fly) - detection (see hidden stuff. Hopefully that includes poker cards) - repair. Make lots of moneyz at the cost of some mineral/gas. Depending on what minerals/gas of course.
