From the main menu it's exactly 2 clicks to create the custom game, 1 more click to add the ai, 1 more to start

oh cool thx, just checked and it seems like that's the best thing i can hope for, I didn't know it worked for custom games until u mentioned it (being very new to the interface- i haven't played hots)

It looks like you can right click a map in the Custom Games list and select "Create Offline Game" to play versus AI. I can save/load when I'm playing with that option.

Dammit, I patched automatically and now it looks like I can't play for 17 more hours on NA.
No global play yet (without modifications). I only have SEA and NA for my regions.

I cant believe they still track average unspent resources AND USE IT AS AN AVERAGE without taking into account average income, etc.
Did they not read Macro like a pro thread?

Average unspent would only reflect skill and be expected to be anywhere near the same if you played every game out in exactly the same way.. it increases exponentially not linearly with income for people of all skill levels

I haven't tried yet, but from all indications of the iface screenshots earlier in this topic, it looks like it has been changed to the HotS setup.

If any can clarify this for me that would be great, I don't understand if when they say it's live that they mean the WoL patch is online? Or is it in a transition at the moment. I do not notice anything different? I have downloaded it.

Hey guys im just wondering, I just downloaded the patch and its like a freaking new game with HOTS interface.
Now, i pre ordered Hots from a local retail today and im gonna pick it up on 12th march, and does todays patch mean that i can play Hots as soon as i register my game code on 12th march without installing anything??????????????????

So I'm in SEA and I've been logging in and out of this. Was testing the Elite AI, which still doesn't seem too difficult. I think any Gold player would be able to beat it. I was playing without a mouse (on my laptop) and I while I lost, I was essentially at half my normal proficiency. I set the strategy to economic game but the Zerg bot didn't have a third base by 10 minutes, so I'm not sure what's going on there.

Maybe I'm wrong, but for what I have read in the B.net forums, the 6 GB download is for all the changes and new UI stuff, because they change all the engine. It is not 6 gb of additional information. They replace the same amount of gb once the patch is applied.
