I'm not 100% sure, but I think both spells will still work and this is my reasoning: A contaminated hatchery can still be transfused or injected (though progress stops). A contaminated PF will still attack. This is just something you'd have to test when ingame though, I wouldn't be surprised if it wasnt't consistant.

My friend's is 15GB and he can't download anything, I am at 20 of 23 GB. I read stuff between 13 and 30. I don't understand why there would be this huge differences. Internet is slow here and downloading so much stuff is really annoying.. Btw I ran the repair tool, nothing changed.

It is the update that will be applied after you download/install the HoTS expansion. It contains any changes which have been made between the physical version (The copy that comes in the box) and the release date.

Violet did this against Socke during IEM WC and he was still able to use nexus cannon. I hope blizzard changes it because it seems like a really useful thing for contaminate to do.

If you want to improve, work on improving by learning new strategies, game mechanics, or getting better at macro/micro. Don't focus too much on APM. If you're a good player, you will have a high APM. If you're in bronze league, having an APM of 300 isn't going to get you into silver if you don't understand the basics of the game. There is no recommended APM. Just do your best ^_^

The races are different but not in raw APM. If you're choosing between them, we can differentiate macro mechanics. Protoss is mostly spell-casting, mouse accuracy based APM. You need to hit force-fields, storms, and even warp-in can be a chore. Terran units don't have that many spells but require a ton of micro, especially the infantry. If you like army movement type of APM management, take terran. Zerg has more unforgiving macro-mechanics: injects and creep spread. This will tax your mechanical skill to do efficiently, and if you don't, it hurts your gameplay. But if you feel you might be good at repetitive macro mechanics, choose zerg. GL HF.

But if you feel you might be good at repetitive macro mechanics, choose zerg. GL HF. I have to disagree slightly. For casual players, APM is almost completely irrelevant. I would advise playing random for a while, and figuring out the "feel" of each race. Personally, I have good micro and control, but I can macro best with Protoss. I'd like to play Terran, because my micro just feels better with that race, but my macro is stronger on Toss by enough that it warrants me just playing Toss. Whether it's because I have an easier time memorizing Warp Gate times, or the macro is more forgiving, is sort of irrelevant, I just sort of "get" Protoss better.

Ok Lets say its TP vs PZ Terran goes for widowmine defense + heavy mmm or mmt and controls the map Zerg gets a some swarm hosts and they start pushing together. With the swarmhosts tanking (jesus christ how much hp do tey have) and they mmm as dps its painful as hell...and eventually the swarmhosts just gets to ridiculous numbers. I feel that tanks are absolutely worthless against locusts for some reason...it just doesnt seem to hurt them enough
