Build times and costs would be interesting to see for the new Terran units if its something stupid like 40 seconds or 100 Gas the backbone of your army will still need to be Bio.

Tanks could deal 100 damage per shot for all we know. Everything is getting readjusted, its not just new units/abilities thrown into the existing game.

Are you kidding me. Its Protoss units that are garbage. I love the terran units. Battle hellions seem to do pretty well against zealots and it seems a version of the spider mine is now back . The new goliath needs to be tested out.

Protoss seem to be stuck with the most boring units of all time. However the new mothership may allow for more harass play due to better base defense.


As a protoss, I want a unit that cost only minerals, with an AOE, that goes super fast and can transform to gain more HP and a more effect AOE against melee units. That sounds pretty awesome.

Im pretty sure an oracle is faster than a corrupter. That oracle looked about as fast as a speed prism and those are also faster than corrupters.

Zerg was so ahead and didnt handle the oracle properly and lost. Probably handle that with proper overlord spread and some mutas i guess? But it flies so fast...

Existing units arent going to change that much as far as damage dude... no more than 2-5 I'd bet.

I wish viper didn't only hit bio, it makes it uselless at break toss deathballs, the only thing it's gonna affect in the game are bio balls, and thats it.

I'm glad you can deduce the overall balance of a game that's not even going to be released for probably a year, by looking at the pre-beta showcase of units. A 200 gas unit from the Hive can abduct cheaper siege tanks, and fungal seems better than dark cloud in 99% of situations. So imba.

What's the point of having regen reapers when they're almost never used? And the mines are stupid, 10 seconds to explode? Any master player can split those units away. I hope the battle hellion and warhound are good, because otherwise I think terran's gonna have a really hard time.

i hope oracles have really low hp, seems like protoss can invest in 1-2 and always be disrupting zerg mining.
Terran looks like they got the shortest end of the stick though, warhound, hellion, and mine?
