You have to provide some kind of evidence/proof (screenshots/replays etc.) if you are going to accuse somebody.
Additionally, a supporting comment of what people should be looking for and when will be necessary if you are posting replays/evidence. |

It's quite hard to say if Neffy hacks in this replay, because he does counters your plays, but it looks like he goes for a standard defensive build and so on. One piece of evidence I feel is compelling is at 10:40 where he moves his raven and viking in place when you move your raven towards his main.

Q: does blizzard actually do anything with these people? Haven;t heard of anyone ever getting banned for maphacks or whatever. I actually know a guy who I played team games with on skype that claimed to maphack, and was calling stuff in the fog of war etc.

hi all, did you know that there is actually hack that passes starter edition limitations? no mater how much you ban hackers they just register new accounts for free. oh blizzard ;(

....What? Source? How did you find this info out? This would be HUGE and a ridiculously big deal to Blizzard, I think if they knew people were hacking there game in order to have it for free, they would care a little more about hackers....please post source / proof...

This is my first post to this thread. I think I played a hacker today. He has about 20 games, all wins, 12 with terran, 8 with toss. (Since I wrote this post he's gone 9-0 and is now top8 Dia, so almost 30 games no losses) He was actually pretty good. Good macro, micro, multitasking, apm, build order, etc. He claimed to be a korean pro and was a barcode. This should all spell I was just out played. However a few things happened that were very fishy, and after watching the replay I think he was still cheating.
1:39 Looks into the fog of war at my base (then goes cc first)
5:38 Starts moving towards my stalker just before seeing it
6:20 I simply miss watching minimap here (just wanted to note this so ppl know, that i know, it is normal to try and snipe this stalker)
7:02 Looks at the fog of war in front of my natural ramp for about 5 seconds for no apparent reason (right as my ob goes there)
7:50 Goes for a fast 3rd on the low ground with no scouting (could be legit, but risky/sketchy)
8:19 Moves marines to snipe an ob he hasn't seen yet (yes I know you can kind've see obs, but it was still in the fog of war) until he realizes the trajectory couldn't be reached by him immediately
8:38 Ob finally enters his field of vision, but he's already moving towards it
9:10 Again being super prepared for an ob snipe (this one could be legit, but insanely fast reaction time and just happens to be looking perfectly)
10:18 Another ob snipe that while technically could be possible, was pretty amazing (he never once does the zoom in, zoom out trick like most terrans, just knows where they are)
10:41 Ditto with another ob snipe, he's got better than 20/20 vision (20/8 maybe?) if not hacking
10:43 Looks into the fog of war at my natural to see if he can attack
10:49 Ditto
11:28 Goes straight to my proxy pylon through fog of war, then changes mind and goes to the one at my 4th (sometimes 3rd) instead
11:56 After taking care of that pylon, once again goes to the proxy pylon through fox of war (twice now he targeted this random location)
12:12 Again looks at it through fog of war (must really like this spot)
12:14 And a 4th time looking at it, lol.
13:55 Sends vikings to defend warp prism
14:05 Thinks about dropping my 3rd then sees the cannon there
14:12 Looks at vikings again
14:17 Looks into my main fog of war (checking out my col or upgrades?)
14:20 Looks at my main nexus through fog of war (probably look at the cannon, why else would he look there?)
14:28 Vikings to take out warp prism. This I think is normally forgivable. The vikings aren't doing anything so why not defend the drop, but still sketchy with how and when he moves them
14:48 Looks at my natural again for no reason
16:27 Looks at my army through fog of war to make sure he can "pulls the boys" and win
16:30 Ditto
17:00 Ditto
Ok I may have gone overboard with the detail but wanted to state my case as clearly as possible (and show that I'm not someone who just got upset over a loss, and watched this replay several times before making my decision/opinion)
With all this evidence it seems very blatant to me. I may be wrong, but wanted to know the TL community's opinion.
Btw, is anything actually being done about cheating? I seem to run into it a lot, but I only posted this one cause it seemed pretty obvious, and was against someone who will probably climb to masters easily (maybe even gm) whether cheating or not. I also will admit I'm a tryhard, and have been really frustrated losing games like this when I really want to make masters. This is the same reason I changed my name to barcode and stopped streaming. I know when I meat certain ppl on ladder what their strats will be from either watching their streams or remember their build order.
Also, is there any more info I need to include to add this guy to the hacker list (if he is hacking) since he's a barcode? Would it help to contact some of the other ppl he's played today (through match history) and try to get the replays from them?

Same guy he is a really good player i think but he does some rreally weird stuff.
1) Targeting my overlord without no scout ( I guess u can assume its going that way )
2) This one is more reavealing, i make a counterattack with roaches and he PULLS scvs without a scout on my attack dunno if u can assume ur getting attack and pull scvs like that to the bunker but it was weird.

watch his ralley on gateways befor stalker pop directly out vison right on pylon than right to probe and than right to pylon without any ralley scouting just dead on the points
than put you watch this replay on his vision you will understand 100 percent hacker
hole army selected while blink micro hack
than put he sent a probe to natural later on just to scout after he obv hacking scouting on everything else and if you freeze at slow rate you will see him click on all area in dark befor changing to ralley to cover up his hacking
