How does having a beard make anyone less professional?
If an employer doesnt want me to have my beard and discriminates against me for it i take the fucker to court.

It does for some people obviously. Being professional or not, everything is a matter of opinion.

Most companies have dress/grooming codes all employees are expected to follow. Since all employees have contractually agreed to these codes, not following them is breach of contract and cause for termination. (The 911 company I worked for allowed dispatchers to have facial hair, however firefighters/medics could not have anything below the corners of the mouth - mustache only - and it had to be trimmed (nothing longer than ~7-8mm iirc).
Wolf just said he doesn't actually want to have a beard so it's just a matter of being clean shaved (and that seldom looks professional imo).

I think he would look awesome Handlebar mustache.

Yeah but some things are subjective ... those things you HAVE to put aside or you ARE being unprofessional.
There is no some people about it. Some things are cultural and discriminating against that is just thiny veiled bigotry.
There are many many examples of beards that are in no way unprofessional threfore beards in themselves are not unprofessional.

as a bro that shaved for a full year straight, i'm now rocking the beard and mo and loving it.
as long as you keep it trim they're awesome.

Well ok.
that stuff just doesnt exist in the UK, unless you are in the army.
Even firefighters are allowed to have a beard up to a certain length.
Regarding working in an office, retail etc there is no such thing.

One good thing about having a beard is that it helps you identify small minded people you don't want to work for very quickly. Some people think getting your work done on time and to spec is not as important as the color of your shirt.
Its like time keeping, identify that the company thinks both statements should be true 1) work 37.5 hours a week 2) working 9-5:30 and you have found a company that doesn't give a shit about its employees.

While I am not really a fan of Wolf, and find him annoying, I do whole heartedly approve of him growing not a beard, but this mustache:

EDIT: Also wolf don't whine about shaving being the worst part about being a dude ladies have it way worse.

Op needs beard/beardless pics.

I would like the casters to look presentable. I have nothing against shaved, but I might have against unshaved (don't know how he looks with a beard). So better stick to what it works.

Great, so you acknowledge the fact that "being professional" is highly relative, so why should you abide arbitrary rules that make you more "professional". Why should we abide arbitrary behaviorial rules anyways.

it's clearly only because most asians cant grow a proper beard. I mean who wouldnt be impressed after seeing a sight like this?

His name is f'ing Wolf, he should be required to have a beard.

Judging at how handsome TotalBiscuit looks since he got a beard I say: What's a Wolf without fur?
But to be honest I don't think it would suit him.

The point of the matter is you still have to groom it. I have to shave everyday or else I'll have a beard before you know it. Nothing wrong with having one (most women I know cannot stand it). If I go down that road I constantly have to do maintenance to it for hygienic and work purposes especially in Wolf's case.
It applies to everything. Not too long ago a guy wrote a blog about his job in security job on this very website. He wanted to live a minimalist life and decided he wanted to see how long he could grow out his beard. His employer took notice and told him they would terminate him unless he trimmed it.

It's also worth noting that Wolf does have a job that entails face time on a camera, right? So that probably factors into it more than if your job was to like work at a computer or something.
