Professionalism isn't possible with a beard? I don't get that statement at all

A clean shortened beard shouldnt be a problem at all. And has also nothing to do with professionalism. Professionalism is related to self-confidence and a clean appearance. And a clean beard isn't in conflict with those things (no not that silly TLO way of wearing a beard)

i voted yes because i don't won't wolf to ed up like TLO, no offence but seriously what happened to TLO. He was a cutie but now he has lost his baneling charm and looks. Please Wolf don't go in TLO's footsteps and walk Khaldor's trail with minimum hair

My brother used to work for one of those call centers that try to scam you and they had an obnoxious dress code where you could get seemingly randomly fired for not wearing the right sort of pants. I would always echo my brother's complaints about this to my parents and told them I wasn't really planning to work for any employer that would enforce completely meaningless dress codes. (I think the goal was to have everyone look professional and hope it trickles down to job performance) But my parents tend to just tell me to "suck it up", as I think since they are bitter about their work they resent anyone thinking they deserve to find happiness in it. (hope this is relevant to the thread :o )

I am not the biggest fan of Wolf's casting, but I say if he wants a beard let the man have it!
All who desire a beard should be welcome to ![[image loading]](http://farm6.staticflickr.com/5186/5636237617_d316d0c712_m.jpg)
Also shaving is a pain.

It's part of his job..
and you guys want esports to be professional! and beards do have something to do with professionalism because GSL says so
women likes beards because beard gives power and aggressiveness just saying
As long as he keeps the beard under control (well kept), then it should be fine.
Its a pure generational thing. Older generations don't quite understand facial hair in a professional scene when the persons face is being broadcast to a wide audience. It is always safer in a business stand point for their employees to shave as no one can say " I am offended that no one has facial hair " whereas some customers may complain that facial hair makes the casters whose faces are being shown representing the company as being unprofessional. It is always better to be safe then sorry when you are a business that relies on revenue generated from an audience based sport where the face of the casters are being shown on TV/Computer/ etc

A well-kept beard is plenty professional, but is it any less effort than being clean-shaven?
I feel like Ive read 14 pages of people that don't understand that your boss has more power than you think they do, and sometimes you have to suck it up.
wolf should be forced to do whatever gom tells him to do, it's a part of his job and if he doesn't want it there are plenty of other people who would.
there are tons of jobs out there that require zero facial hair.

Wolf would look awesome in a beard!
...What on earth am I looking at?
I work for my dads small business at times. He lets me have my hair long (its a few inches past my shoulders) as long as I keep it out of my face. He is pretty adament about me being clean shaven though, if I'm ever doing something where I interact with a customer. Its just what some businesses do.

As long as it's well groomed and clean (just like normal hair) then of course he should be allowed to have a beard.
lol @ people saying grow up and welcome to the real world? Everywhere I have worked beard is allowed as long as it's neat and clean... if you walking around with a crazy hippy beard i can understand why your employer would want it shaved. Also wolf in korea never seen any korean with beard ever some kind of tradition so there is no way for wolf ot have a beard while in korea.
No way!
Whats this about TLO not looking cute with a beard?
i think having to shave to be "professional" is a joke.
