Also, γ is called "hee-ut" and its a Korean "H" sound, not g. The letter γ "chee-ut" is the one that sounds more like a "j" sound in English and is used to type "GG" γ is on the 'g' key of the keyboard.

FPS has nothing to do with the rate at which your comp chews through a replay file. Processor power and GPU ability are sort of unrelated in this regard. The reason this happens is because a replay file is just a sequential list of the actions of both players, and some computers are faster than others at reading the list, even on specific speed settings. That's why you get ahead faster in the beginning of the game... both players are spamming and there are more actions to chew through. What you are currently doing is the only current remedy... but it has nothing to do with FPS, which is more a measure of how well your GPU draws the models and textures. Sorry for the criticism earlier, these are actually really good vids. I just felt it was necessary to mention that you should stick to the stuff you know, instead of the stuff you don't. I love the information here, and the access to a player who is much better than me. But nothing turns me off to a caster/contributor more than when they don't know what they're talking about and talk anyway. I will continue to watch the future content, hope to hear more of your collaboration. Yay for blizzard and removing game functionality from warcraft 3. Yay for the community for not really caring.

Good feedback. Thanks. And at least Blizzard just announced that we'll get shared replay viewing in HOTS. By loading that information into the system already I assume you'd just be playing an interractive video at that point. This may work; I'll certainly give it a try.

Looks like lots of people want to learn how to do stuff like that! These videos are great, I love the music! I think I love you.

When you're viewing the reps, please hit 'esc' if you're not looking at a unit for a reason, so that we can see regret's unit selections. I'm curious as to some of his tapping and mechanics stuff, but its hard to see because you leave a roach selected for the whole game instead of clearing the observer selection so we can see. Thanks!

I try to do that in every VOD but it's an easy thing to forget. I like to check things like upgrades on other units etc, etc. I'll put a little note on my monitor or something.

Don't feel bad - (virtualy) all feedback is useful feedback, and as a means of improvement its more useful to receive negative feedback, when trying to improve content for the future, than it is to receive positive feedback (just games you lost are easier to learn from than games you won). The niggle you mentioned bugged me too slightly, but it's not a big deal. A feedback from me: david sometimes says something along the lines of "... so from what I've scouted he is doing [BLA STRATEGY]" and I'm like "...what? How did he... but he only scouted a single marine?!" etc. I feel like if I was reading a book and accidentally skipped a line. You generally do a pretty good job of explaining why what you've scouted means what it does (and Shawn sometimes tries to poke for more of an explanation if HE feels it was skipped over), but occasionally it still gets skipped over. Do try to make sure you explain how in the hell you know what the other player is planning, as for us lowly noobs this information is invaluable. Also - for the big battles where positioning, flanking and posturing is key, I like when you remove the UI as it gives us more vision of the battle so it's easier to see what's going on. Be careful not to over-do this, though, as in most cases we're going to learn more from just being able to see what david is doing
