First off, I know there have been other threads about this but I find that those don't really help me, Or they don't have the information in a very easy step by step process.
So I have a NA version of SC and an EU. I have looked all over the internet trying to find out how to do this and This is my last resort to figure it out. I know that installing them both on one computer has to do with re naming one file or something or installing one of the clients to a different folder, but I have tried all of that and it still is not working. I used to have them both installed on my PC but there was a problem where every time I logged onto the EU client I had to run the repair tool to get it to work, and there were also alot of problems when a new patch came out.
I just want someone to explain how to install an NA version and EU version of starcraft 2 on one PC like they are explaining it to a completely incompetent pc user. I am sorry that this post is kind of a re post, but like I said all of the other threads do little to no help.
Edit: oh and when I change the Starcraft 2 Files name in my C:\libraries\Documents to something like "starcraft 2-NA" another starcraft 2 file appears and it just keeps happening no matter how many times I rename it.

I have 3 version on my comp without any trouble. One NA, one EU, and one TW.
You first have to download one client of each type. So go on to http://us.battle.net/en/, grab the US client, and start downloading it. Then head over to http://eu.battle.net/en/, and download the EU client. So you will end up with 2 different installation files for a while. Remember to also download them into seperate folders (when you run the .exe file that starts the download of the installation files, it asks where you want them. Make sure you don't put them both in the same folder)
When they are done, you simply install each of them into their own separate folders (C:\Games\Starcraft II-EU\ and C:\Games\Starcraft II-NA\ for instance works nicely).
And you're done. Just remember to install the one you want to be the default game for last (when you double click a replay file for instance, it will launch with the game you installed last)
You can also use localizer, as this will let you install only one client and change the server you want to use it for. But the people I know who have tried it has stopped using it, as it creates a lot more problems than it solves. So if space on your harddrive isn't a problem, I suggest installing separate clients instead, with the guide mentioned above
Hope that helps

I also want to point out that, when autoloading replays(by double-clicking or whatnot) it will load the last installed client. So if you installed US and then EU, it will load EU.

Does it not load on the last used client?

Make sure that you dont ahve the install disc for your current version in your CD Drive, this was why mine wouldn't install.

The simple answer is to install both versions at different filepaths. ex. C:\Program Files\Starcraft2-NA and C:\Program Files\Starcraft2-EU or keep the first one at the default path.
Also DO NOT change the starcraft II folder/files in the documents folder...the game recreates the folder because it is looking for settings in the Starcraft II folder and you keep changing it.Both versions share the same folder to hold their settings/replays/logs etc.
Follow these simple instructions:
1.Go to the following location: %USERPROFILE%\Documents Cut the entire Starcraft II folder and paste it somewhere on your desktop,so you don't lose your replays/screenshots.
2.Uninstall both games, delete any remaining folders left by the uninstall.
3.Download and run the free program CCleaner. Run the cleaner and then scan and fix the registry issues.
4.Install your primary SC2 version to the default path given: C:\Program Files\Starcraft2 (Or C:\Program Files (x86)\Starcraft2 if you have 64bit windows version) Update that version fully. 6.Install the second version of SC2 to another path such as C:\Program Files\Starcraft2-NA Update that version fully.
7.If you want to add back your old replays/etc you will have to manually copy/paste them from the folder we moved to the desktop.DO NOT copy/paste back the entire Starcraft II folder we moved.

No. It open with the one you installed last.
You can change this, however, by right clicking on any starcraft 2 replay file, click Properties down at the bottom, and next to where it says "opens with:" you click "Change" and find the executable (Starcraft II.exe) file in the folder of the version you want to open the replay file with.

This has been discussed on numerous occassions.
Try using the search bar up top for a in-depth discussion on renaming your directories for the games under your program files and under your program data.

What you have to do is actualy go and find all the files that the game tells you "already exist" and rename them, add something like (NA) to them. If you do this correctly the second client will get installed no problem. the new client might create a new folder that is also used by your old client, if you dont want that to happen you can change the name of the old folder back AFTER you have installed the new client. this worked for me, hope it helped.

Thanks alot guys, this all helped alot. I got it working and everything. Hopefully now when people have questions about how to install two different clients of SC2 they wont have any problem finding it, they wont have to fumble around with all the other threads that either don't answer the question clearly, or don't work.

Like I Said in the beginning of the post, I know this has been brought up in the threads. I have searched for the answer with the searchbar, but everything that I came up with was either A) a poor answer. B) A unhelpful answer that doesn't really explain the steps or C) doen't work at all.
