Leaders: Day 1: 20/277 picked the first 8 games correctly. Day 2: Congratulations Wyatt, You have 12/12 picked correctly. Most of the next 16 have 11/12, mostly with boxer picked over Leenock. Day 3: No more perfect brackets remain. Edward Ahn Has the best bracket with 15/16 only predicting the result of boxer/leenock incorrectly. Ro4 - L1ghty holds the lead with Marineking chosen as champion

Doing the same thing as for NASL. With 32 players, don't think anyone will have a perfect bracket this time, but certainly someone will have the "nearest to perfect" bracket.
There are 2,147,483,648 possible bracket combinations. 31 Matches one must pick correctly. Maybe we can convince Mr. Chae to offer a jackpot prize?
This will be the most exciting Code A yet. Don't miss the chance to say, "I called those results" before they happen.
Unfortunately, no bracket for Code S. The format is just less conducive of a bracket. Also, with some many new players and old faces, the Code A bracket seems like the exciting tournament to predict.

2. Register on bracketmaker.com
3. Click Predict it! on the GSL Code A bracket page
Scoring: You get 1 point for each correctly predicted first round game, then doubling for each additional round, e.g. 2 points for round two, 4 points for round three, and so on. Tie breakers are based on date/time completed, awarded to the earliest prediction.

I'm sorry. I'm trying to figure this out ATM also.

So many people predicting DRG to win. His MLG run looked pretty unimpressive as for what I expected. I don't think he'll win Code A. Hack wins Code A in my Bracket, I seriously think it's more likely for him to win than for DRG.

To be honest I don't see him getting past Thorzain if he gets to him at all
EDIT: Hack I mean

my semis:
DRG over Ganzi Boxer over Hack
finals
DRG over Boxer

DRG had a few ares when I watched him at MLG that he seemed really lacking in. Unit choice would be one that I questioned a few times... didnt he go hydras against blue flames?
|
I'm calling DRG to win code A! :D
|
alright! time to prove everyone wrong with my underdog bracket!
|
Over 50% brackets have DongRaeGu as champion. Only one upset to make this competition really interesting.
|
I took Jjakji - was deciding between Jjakji, sC, MKP and DRG (more Jjakji and DRG, but with everyone picking DRG I went the other way).
I have Sase making RO8 over Sniper and Check but none of the other foreigners making it out of the RO32 . I think people here are being much too optimistic about Thorzain's chances in particular...

This is an example of excellent bracket sharing. Notice how it shows "&user=412789." This will allow everyone to see your bracket instead of just yourself.

I got MarineKing over Ganzi in the finals.
Can't seem to get a good link though (I tried with the link from OP, found myself really easily, but I always get the generic 'view your own bracket' link). Can somebody provide more details on how to do it? Because it doesn't seem to work for a lot of people.
EDIT: I think I got it http://www.bracketmaker.com/predict.cfm?parent=757251&user=414857
I logged out, clicked on back, had to log back in and then I was sent back to my bracket, but with a different link. From that link I took my userID and pasted that at the end of another guy's link instead of his userID. There must be an easier way, but I tried with the link that was provided in the OP and it didn't work (like it doesn't seem to do for most here).

All of the users without the parent &user= are making me laugh so hard.
If your bracket does not have a &user=414*** at the end you're posting a link to "my bracket" and users see their OWN bracket.
Sigh, normally I don't comment on stupidity but....cmon really???

I'm excited to see how thorzain does, I think this style of 1 match a week really plays into his strengths (preparation). Also I'm calling it, Ganzi over Hack in the finals. Shame on any of you who thought it would end in anything but TvT. Also I'm predicting every toss but Nani getting knocked out first round.

Ganzi to beat Leenock in final. Upsets MKP out in first round and also DRG. No foreigner makes up down.

my ending bracket looks a lot like yours but the big difference is I have SC losing to DRG just because if you watch DRG's games he's really really good and holding early/midgame aggression, and SC is all about aggression. I then have Ganzi beating DRG just because I think he can pick him apart with his constant drops. I do agree that if sC somehow beats DRG he'll take it.

I would cry if DRG lost to Inca. But hey, I've got MKP beating him in the finals, so at least we're the same there.

sc vs Boxer finals, with sc winning it.
Wow, looks like I just snuck in by a couple of hours!

I just hope we didn't overrate Hack. The first time I saw DRG was vs. sC. It went to 5 games and sC was able to pull through somehow with just constant pushing. I think sC can win a Bo3. I also imagine he could become versed in the hellion marine style SlayerS popularized recently. But, that was one of the harder picks for me of course.

Dongraegu wins.
Wow.. this Code A is really stacked. In previous seasons there always were a few players that were totally unknown to me, This Code A every player has been seen before . Pretty interesting

Honestly speaking I hope I am overrating hack. Thorzain vs Marineking in the ro16 would make for some very interesting games. Thorzain is great at studying his opponent and just making a great plan to beat him, but if the game goes too late MKP's huge strength of just making excellent decisions kicks in and he will likely take it. (the clash of the two styles would just make it really interesting to watch)

No prise for winning this time :D?

and it's back!
Keep sending those stuff in. I'll see what can be done about prizes.

Ended up with a Naniwa vs Thorzain finals with Thorzain winning.. repeat for TS3 please
|
Edit: wrong link.
Edit: Don't care enough to get it working. Let's try and find a less garbage website next time. Half the people are posting the same dead-end link, and some people are even responding to these posts not knowing they're commenting on their own bracket. Hilarious, but stupid.
|
DongRaeGu going down to GanZi in the semis, calling it right now.
This bracket is so difficult... so many great players mingling with lesser known players.
I'm sorry, I think BoxeR, ThorZain, Fenix, and Naniwa are all going to code B...
|
-.- Ugh I don't think that DRG is as good as everyone is making him out to be. Assuming they get there SC/Ganzi both have a good shot at beating him. MKP takes second because he does and Im betting SC wins. SC has been slumping recently, but now with FOU stabilizing, Im betting he has more time to practice and fewer worries.
|
1 more hour left to submit a bracket
|
|
|
I put in DRG over Jjakji though will see how that goes. I'm terrible at predicting stuff :x
|
Will late predictions be ok if we got them in before the start of the first match? Plz plz? I think mine got in in time
|
This Code A is awesome! That's why I bought a ticket this season ^^. Also, Yoda or MKP will take this

In Naniwa's case, if he realizes that all check does in every single match is just make a metric fuckton of roaches every match he should be fine. He just needs to make a bunch of voids or immortals. Seriously wtf is with check only making roaches in EVERY SINGLE match? BoxeR could go either way but I would give leenock the edge because he's looking a lot more solid lately (but same with boxer).

That's because he submitted a link that shows the bracket of whoever clicks it. -.- So yes, that IS your bracket.
Adding the &user line showed me your bracket though.
--------
Also, I have DongRaeGu over Boxer in the finals. OMG so pumped for this Code A season, if that finals happened I would get CHILLS.

Leaders have been updated. Tonight is a big night for results.
|
|
|
A lot more 8/8 than I expected. Although I think that will change soon as we get to see the foriegners. Did anyone put Fenix winning tonight? I know I didnt and the few brackets I saw didn't either. Then theres the people who couldn't bring themselves to bet against Boxer even though he has a really good change of losing.
|
I should have realized that Maru and TheBest would choke. TheBest basically threw the series --a. I know he's better than he played. Same with Maru. Now I'm bitter for being 6/8 grrrrrr.

I think Tassadar is a super good player. Unless Fenix can do the Banshee, Marine, Tank all-in he has no shot. That's why in the next round I had TheBest beating Tassadar because of that damn all-in that I know nearly every Korean Terran can and will do. I guess Yoda can do it too.

So far my bracket has been 100% correct :D

L1ghty and Adrian sitting at the top with 34 points. Only Adrian has Dongraegu as champion making L1ghty the clear first place thus far.
