I remember mob psychology taking over as it is wont to do on the internet. I also remember this tho: ![]() And I still agree with HuK on that. I thought Kelly was fine... tho I'll agree I think overall torch and wolf were better

I imagine it would cost considerably less than hiring a separate team of casters. People interested enough in SC2 to watch code A should be knowledgeable enough to follow the game without the need for English commentary. What benefit is audio you do not understand? Your opinion is not applicable to most viewers. If you already understand everyone about the game, a caster like Husky or Total Buscuit would be a good fit for someone like you. Most people need the analysis, though. Even someone like HD, who is often derided for being 'not pro enough to cast', is better than 97% of the people who watch the GSL / visit Team Liquid.

QXC excluded since he's a player and not a caster. I don't want him ending up like incontrol ^_^

If he just shutup and talked about the game he would be alright, but his cringe-worthy "jokes" are unbearable. Yeah, well I think hes funny and a few thousand other people do too. Maybe you should ask around? :S I've seen him play on stream and hes practiced with more pro teams and knows the gamestyles of the players he casts in code A better than anyone whos ever casted code A before. That and the fact that hes a member of FXO and has chemistry with anyone who might be pulled on to cast with him foreigner or possibly Korean makes me think hes not so "easily replaceable". But hey I think DOA's jokes suck so I guess no one gets the caster they want. Better mute that shit.

Like I said in my first post I come from watching brood war, where we have 0 live english casters for years and we listen to Korean audio for live games. Nonetheless most people who still follow Korean brood war will tell you hearing the enthusiasm and passion of the Korean casters definitely adds to the experience even if we do not understand anything other than 'Mine daebak!, playguuuuu! and stooooooooooorm!". I'm well aware most people probably wouldn't be in favor of such an arrangement. This thread is about our personal opinions so I expressed mine. At the end of the day I'm not picky about the casters because I can always mute the audio if I don't like them.

This is not a good poll to create a useful representation of oppinions, because you can only cast one vote. As an example, assume we have 4 casters a,b,c and d. Assume 5 people vote. 3 of them likes a,b, c, but cant stand d. 2 of them likes d. A final poll could be a, b, c with 1 vote each, d with 2 votes. So d wins although a, b and c are preferred by the majority. A seperate poll for each caster would create a better representation (maybe with 3 choices; increase my viewing exp., neutral, decrease my viewing exp.).

But I think Torch/Wolf/DoA or a combination of them would be great. Moletrap is great as well but when he casts with someone, the chemistry tends not to be so smooth. Unstable is pretty good actually, nothing I hate about him, but I'm just not a fan xD sorry
