TO LOSE:
1) Spanishiwa: Everyone makes a big deal over him I don't understand why has he ever won something big? He'll be eliminated in the first round. 2) Huk, I don't actually want him to lose, but I'm mad that he beat MKP in the GTSL and I'm an MKP fanboy. 3) Idra, and every other member of EG for contacting a player instead of an organization to make an agreement. Unprofessional and sickening. I also find Idra pathetic for his reputation of outburst and excuses so I especially want to see him gone.
EDIT: May someone please explain to me what MajOr did? I've seen many comments but I haven't heard what he did. A bad case of BM I'm assuming? He wanted to participate in a SEA citizen only tournament. He was told several days before the tournament that he wouldn't be able to participate because he didn't live in the region. He borrowed a SEA account and played in it anyway.

Basically, he wasn't allowed to play in a SEA-restricted tournament but persuaded someone who was in the tournament to give him the account so he could play and get the price money since the other players were relatively weak (It was meant to encourage SEA players to play more competitively).
It goes far beyond BM and imho should get him a tournament ban for a few month... but well, thats a topic that doesn't belong in this thread.

You do know that the players on EG have no part in the management of the team right?
It's not like Incontrol asked puma at nasl. Hate the team, not the players.

1. Boxer - Why else, he's the emperor and puts in a lot of effort. Plus I love seeing the cute little strats he is always trying to come up with to gain an advantage.
Also, maybe I am just biased, but there are glimmers of brilliance in his games, often several per game. Then he seems to lose because he doesn't manage his lead well enough.

The person i want to win is DRG because I want to see that kid in code S and the fact that he is still in code B is just not right. I want to see Boxer to do well and it would be awesome if Naniwa would make his return to the finals.
I don't really want people to do bad or have a bad weekend but I think Destiny and Spanishiwa are too overhypped and i don' really think they will have a good showing at MLG Anaheim.

idra to win, for that ESPORTS drama. I want that dude to take down EVERY SINGLE PERSON, not drop a single game all the way to the winners finals. And have that tyrant like glow to his play.
I want qxc to tear through the open bracket, to do well in his group, and then fail in the loser bracket finals to someone like MMA.
I then want an MMA vs Idra grand finals rematch
also want naniwa to do well cause he has that fire.
so basically, mma, naniwa, idra, and qxc
To fail- DRG, i want this guy to beg for mercy at the hands of Idra's ZvZ, i want them to be convincing wins.
MVP- I feel his play has fallen off the radar because Ive watched a couple of reps and his mechanics seem to be falling behind from what Ive seen.
Sheth- really disappointed at his korea situation so id like him to get wrecked by koreans... too bad hes in a pool with only boxer : (

Lol, even though Boxer's probably not going to win, ppl still rooting for him! That's respect right there! Would like to see MMA have a 2-peat!

So you are holding the entire team of EG responsible for their management. Because the players went and made the deal. Don't hate the players, please. (And I would suggest reading the new article too). It makes me sad that you would attack really really nice people like Machine and DeMuslim by lumping them with the rest of EG.

and you idiots wonder why pro's have stopped posting here

Pretty hilarious, I feel exactly like this guy does, except for Naniwa! I'd add Whitera in place of naniwa,

Lose: Spanishiwa - overhyped, his fans need a reality check. some clueless casters (maybe wolf?) even labeled nestea's brilliant play the spanishiwa build. wow whut an insult Whiplash - ladder rager

Keep "wanting" brohan, because IdrA's ZvZ isn't anything remarkable... And you're disappointed at Sheths" Korea Situation."....? You're upset that someone doesn't want to live in a dorm with 10 other people? You're right, get the pitchforks!

Well, spanishiwa is surely not the best player, but he laid the foundation for this style and showed what it makes possible, so players better than him could improve it. Of course there were other and probably better players using a similar style but it was spanishiwa who drew attention to it so more people would improve on the idea. It's not always about being the best in executing, but about having the right idea at the right time and showing it others.
There were drone transfers before maynard and there were better players than maynard doing those, but drone transfers will forever be called maynarding - even if only few people actually remember him these days.
But yes, there are some spanishiwa fans that really need a reality check :p

Players I would like to do well
Select - He seems to usually place pretty well but can never really get over the line. Would be good to see it come out well for him this time. Incontrol - He has given up a lot of his other passions and roles like SoTG and NASL so that he can practice more and become better, hope the dedication pays off for him Huk - Would love to see his amazing form continue, he has been in inspiration to a lot of players not just for beating Koreans but in showing that hard work pays off, i really admire that in him
Also really hope that Jinro and White-Ra put on good shows, Jinro is my fave player and White-Ra, well he's White-Ra ![](/mirror/smilies/smile.gif)
Don't want to do well
Major - I don't really hate player going but I probably have the least respect for Major, just seems like a really BM guy and the fiasco with the SEA tournament didn't help (especially with me being from SEA and knowing how dead it is and then having Major shit all over a great attempt at getting SEA players more involved)
That is it really, I don't really like hoping that players lose and even though I mentioned Major I wont like jump and celebrate if he loses, I just don't like his attitude and don't really care for him to succeed.
Put it this way, although I want some players to do better than others, I wont be angry if anyone else wins (besides Major for reasons above)

Tbh, I seriously doubt Nestea watched Spanishiwa, and decided to copy his style for one game. Nestea is the sort of player who is the definitive reactionary zerg, using his 1000 IQ to judge the game state and adapt accordingly. Against Hongun, he knew he wasn't going to be attacked before the 9 minute mark and so he adjusted his build order accordingly. I can't imagine Nestea going gasless vs a gateway opening, as it just seems weak.

Hopes to win: Idra White-ra Socke
Hopes to fail Slayers_Boxer ( I dont like gimmicky play and cheese ) Destiny Cruncher

The only person I truly want to succeed is Boxer. Right now there are a lot of doubters and people are automatically writing him off as someone who can no longer compete. Boxer will do well here just like he did during the entire NASL season. I want The Emperor to win and make a glorious return to Code S. E-sports will be better if that happens.
Fail: All the overrated NA ladder warriors

i followed boxer in bw but I lost my respect for him when I saw his sc2 playstyle

Just looking through your post history you seem to be a huge Idra fan. You should get over his loss to Boxer in the NASL.
