Inside your Programfiles/StarcraftII/ do you have a Mods folder? If you do then go inside and there should be a folder named LibertyMulti.SC2Mod That's where you put the mpq file that you downloaded.
If you don't have a Mods folder, then you must make one, and inside it make a LibertyMulti.SC2Mod folder. Then put the mpq inside that folder.
What part is giving you trouble?

Thats not it right I downloaded it check...But then what do I do with the downloaded file? Thats where Im stuck...

Did that and the colors didnt work I even adde d the dark stalker though I think I'll remove that and see if it works

watched some of -orb-'s stream earlier. I actually thought his opponent was making hallucinated units at first =) the colors looked pretty good and I might try it out later!

you could just delete the mpq and install the color mod again.

you copied files into the Liberty folder instead of the LibertyMulti. That's what causes sound problems

tron stalkers ftw. I think it makes them look more iconic. SC2 right now suffers from everything looking so similar in colors and style.
