Making the Archon massive makes sense and I also like that the minerals returned from salvaging is no longer 100%. Will be interesting to see how the warp changes will pan out.
I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds.

Wow if pylon warpings are fixed on delta that is amazing. Btw I didn't mean to be rude earlier, I can just recall blizzard saying that zealot build time was changed because of people in the lower leagues dominating/gettindominated with it.

They said it was an issue at "various skill levels", whatever that means, but regardless I don't think it is an issue anymore at higher levels at least (ZvP; I think proxy gates are too good in TvP). They also nerfed zealot warp gate cooldown at the same time as they thought the short cooldown allowed protoss to dump minerals a bit too quickly.

The Pylon change is actually very huge. The main problem in PvP is the warp in the main base regardless of a FF or not. Now you have to place the pylon way closer to your opponents wall, so that every Stalker including sentries (I guess) can shoot it, which makes it way harder to pull the warp in into the main base off. I love this change and White-Ra will too

The price change for ghosts is definately a buff. 150 gas was far too much.

The best solution for the salvage would have been to make the money based on the HP of the bunker. A burning bunker only gives you like 5 Minerals, but a hull hp one gives you full refund.

Is the PTR live allready? My client says it is not. Or is it maybe US-exclusive?
I would want to juggle around a bit with my standard builds since they should all be pretty messed up with the different WG and unit build times.

I find it hard to believe you could constantly produce 3 Sentries off one base, as two Gas Geysers with 3 workers only give 200 gas every 60 seconds. You may have stockpiled some gas to allow you to produce three for one or two cycles, but for any longer you'll need a third gas, and since Sentries only take 42 seconds rather than 60 seconds to build, you'd actually need a fourth gas as well.

Note that I am talking about constant, uninterrupted production without assuming a stockpile of gas.
A Ghost at 100 gas every 45 seconds means you end up with more than 200 gas required per 60 seconds if you want to produce two Ghosts constantly off one base.

I'm very surprised they didn't target the changes at late game PvZ, but at least this should make PvP a little more bearable. It is also a significant buff to protoss proxies (I will use this for sure. ^^)

ghost/marine wont be any stronger seeing as even now when ghosts cost 150/150 you can easily afford that if you're only going marines with that because you dont need that much gas. I dont get how it will somehow be better now, could you explain?

It WILL help if you're going mech/ghost or something like that, seeing as gas is the limiting factor.
If wishes were horses we'd be eating steak right now.
