also change the casters or change their synergy (mix their roles, tell them to relax or something... anything but do something) .... they don't cast well when they are together (gretorp and incontrol) It's clear into my eyes that these 2 weren't made to cast together.. they are not able to make me feel that "OMG ITS AMAZING" that other casters do. keep up the good work! I really hope to see this stream improve because it has lots of potential !

Good job NASL! But right now there is an issue where the video freezes for like 2 seconds occasionally. Hope this doesn't continue. If that can get sorted it'll be perfect. Maybe audio could still be improved but at least it doesn't sound like total crap. agreed if they fix the freezing then there is nothing else I can think of which really needs to be changed ASAP.

Gretorp meh its been said a million times, hes just an annoying person and it makes him not a very good caster, he doesnt have the personality that makes a good caster. Sound quality, come on guys its almost week 3. Video has gotten smoother wich is good ,but there are still huge problems with so many aspects of the NASL. 10k or less viewers a night isnt enough to succeed you guys know it and we know it, im pretty sure you guys were expecting to be getting more viewers than the TSL wich gets close to 50k. You dont even get a 5th of that, there is no way this league will continue beyond the 3 planned seasons with this prize pool pulling in 10k viewers. Watching divisional play is like watching players streams playing the ladder, you may get a bunch of viewers for the round of 16 tournament, but that happens over 1 weekend, 1 weekend isnt going to make up for 3 months of low ratings. GL you guys i try and tune in here and there but the casters and the sound makes me leave early more times than not.

Kinda annoying and it's really holding me back from buying the season ticket.. as well as the sound issues. sometimes I only get sound from my left speakers, sometime it's right ones that work also change the casters or change their synergy (mix their roles, tell them to relax or something... anything but do something) .... they don't cast well when they are together (gretorp and incontrol) It's clear into my eyes that these 2 weren't made to cast together.. they are not able to make me feel that "OMG ITS AMAZING" that other casters do. keep up the good work! Totally agreed, i think incontrol could do really well with another caster, like JP or day 9 look at how much fun they have on SOTG. Honestly for me its gretorp is the problem and it brings INC down. Although inc talks like he has a mouth full of saliva its really gross, its a very wet sounding casts coming fromm him.

The lag is absolutely atrocious when compared to the countless other streams. I would say that the quality of the game is fantastic, I just can't enjoy them at all with this kind of lag/freezing. what kind of suggestion is that? real problems left to fix 1) lag 2) perhaps sound balance.

Strategically, NASL makes a whole lot of sense. But on an execution level - it is a bit lackluster. Short-tempered, nerd-raging gamers in general don't make good managers. For startups ( and yes NASL is a startup ), proper execution I would argue is much more important than actual strategy. You need to be almost fanatical about production quality to pull it off like GSL/IGN Pro League.

That big of a prize pool is probably going the heads of possible future sponsors and when they turn on the stream and see two twenty somethings wearing novelty t-shirts and a blazer I imagine them not wanting to get involved, Would it kill you to put on a fucking tie? watch ESPN. Take notes. They do it right. I like the novelty video game shirts, its what tastosis wears and I think we all love it lol

Proper Stream. Fix Audio Quality. Fix the lag. But awesome player's and games, when the lag isn't present.

It means to look a little more professional (at least for the casters), make the production a little more professional in terms of sound/lag/cut aways/etc... Make sure that the two casters sound more professional and don't sound like they're just two gamers that decided to get behind a camera and have no clue how to be professional. These kinds of things would make it a lot more presentable to a wider audience and give it more staying power for the long run.

-BETTER CASTERS: Gretorp is ok but sometime a little bit annoying with the screams and what not. iNcontrol definitely has to go since he's sense of humor is borderline offensive and definitely immature. He's analyses are good and I would not mind listening to him from time to time as a guest but NOT as a regular caster. Another problem I find with iNcontrol as a caster for NASL is that he's a caster AND a player/contestant therefore I don't find it fair for the other players since iNcontrol has access to all the replay files and "inside" knowledge. I'm not saying he is cheating but is a BIG conflict of interest. Did not like Khaldor as a caster but was great. -PROFESSIONAL EDITING: come on, 50K prize and crappy editing and production? have you looked at IGN Pro League? for Free? I know it might not be apples to apples since NASL is a long event and IPL is not but for $25 we paying users demand quality no matter what your excuses are, sounds awful but we really don't care if the editing guy/girl had to stay up all night long, we want results no excuses (iNcontrol). Sound is getting better but not quite there yet. Background music while casters are talking is just distracting. I want NASL to be at the same level as GSL and that's the reason I took the time to post my opinion. I know NASL is not doing everything wrong but they are not delivering what they promised. It's my humble opinion that they should seriously change administration, whom ever is in charge of making NASL happening might need to resign and allow some one with more experience and better work ethic step up and fix NASL reputation. Heads must roll. I hope NASL take action to fix their problems because I would love to see E-Sports become as big as in Korea. The money is there, spend it wisely!
