Basically what I'm trying to figure out is if I can lose a match but still look at my overall score and be say "well, I actually played pretty well based on my score for a 15 minute match." Of course I realize that "playing well" is relative -- you haven't played well if you scouted you failed to scout your opponent or use any proper countering units etc.

For example if you just macro up to 200/200 without a lot of engagements your score will be a lot higher than in a game with a lot of fights with armies that aren't maxed out and lots of worker harass, since in the first case both of you would've had a better economy and would've built and killed more units overall. You can see in the editor that each unit/building has a score for making it and destroying it(obviously destroying your own doesn't count). It's the same as in BW. | ||
