Hope you ereased the second layer with the black colour? You only need the first layer+mask. The picture should look like this example from Teliko:+ Show Spoiler +
You add the layer with the black colour only to see the effect of how it probably look in the game.

i extract a picture and didnt even changed it. Drop it back to the mpq -> start game -> immediately the patcher begins to work :D

That probably means you're naming them wrong or putting them in the wrong place :/ do you get prompted to replace an old file when you drop it in or does it just drop in instantly?

So i´ve tested nearly all EU clients but no one works. Even telled 5 friends of mine to do so and every one of them have the same problem. They change the patch.mpq start the game and get the patcher. So it seems to be a country side problem. German btw

Ya, i am sure that i did everything right ^^ the patch.mpq remains untouchable and thats even for the friends of mine that tryed to do it. So i have no fucking clue why. You could give your mpq to try it but i have no hope that it will work =)

Would you mind uploading the MPQ that wouldn't work so I can compare the two and see what I can learn about what's causing certain people to bug patch? Or in the likely event you deleted it, ask one of the friends you got to try doing it also to upload it?

Well I tried to make my own but sadly after 2 hours of struggling I decided that this was over my skill level. Instead I just decided to use the ones people posted in here Here's what I got:
Home: Medic face in OP.
QM terran: Nova + her ass.
QM zerg: Kerrigan ghost with back against the wall, like the one in the cinematic.
QM protoss: anime medic girl.
QM random: other ghost girl, not kerri nor nova.
Lazy atm, will post pics later

I actually agree with him, it's pretty irritating when people show things off and aren't willing to share them. Especially considering most of the time it's not actually their pictures they're using in the first place. Obviously they should learn to make them themselves, but some people are more talented than others. People shouldn't have to try and replicate other peoples' work when it takes two minutes to just upload it. And no, no one's been banned.
