Herp derp, Nyovne added a warning above the thread, as well as the countless discussion that's been going on within the thread. Judging from how many people have downloaded .dds files from my blog, I'm guessing around 5000+ people are doing this. You'd want to ban all those people just because they want the game to look however they want, without actually exploiting any in-game advantages etc?

Anyway, as for those requests;
You asked for both of these to be for Terran, so keep in mind you can only use one. You could rename the other if you wanted but the dimensions are different, so it might look awful depending on what you replace.
aAaeSsentiaL, just for future reference, you can't use a background template for the Terran or Zerg because of their annoyingly unique placement coordinates. The entire left portion of the image gets cut off. Obviously you can use it to begin with while editing as a template, but you can't save the image with it included.

I didn't add every single dds file used because I assumed if someone was willing to go through the effort of modifying more than the most commonly used dds files in the menus, they'd also be willing to just look at the pictures in the background and then look at the dds files and just play spot the difference to find out for themselves. Apologies for my overestimation.
28a0d83f17ab2011a755f61b8c838fec3cbd734e is used for the score screen. Replays menu was modified at some point throughout and early patch so the file is stored in a different mpq. I'll look for it later, busy right now.

What's about configuration of dds? (quality etc)
I don't understand where is the blank part in the template...?

To make the DDS file itself, you need to use the NVIDIA DDS plugin. By template, I was referring to the blue background you were using in the pictures. Those won't work for Terran/Zerg files.

Or apply a layer mask and gradient out the left hand side. This is what yours looks like unmodified. Notice how the offsets on the left are farther to the right than they should be? Anything to the left of that line can't be modified for terran or zerg.

Zerg and Terran are very similar offsets. You'd could just rename most of the Terran dds files to edb3d6511b5e5e026a4f9905ba926e2e465d323b and try them. If they're a small bit too wide, redimension it to 1424 x 820 and it'll work.

Wow, I hope Blizzard enables you to customise the main menu through in game options one day. Does anyone out there actually enjoy looking at Tychus's face every day when they open Starcraft? I'd rather look at anything else to be honest. The back of his helmet would probably be nicer on my eyes.

I've resized it to 1352 x 812 to (hopefully) save you some time, those are the correct dimensions for a Terran quickmatch background right?
If I've screwed up somehow with resizing it, here is the image in its original, 1920 x 1080 size

I tried to cut a bit off the top so I could lower her eyes a tad and make them more visible, but this was the best I could do. Damn buttons are always in the way.

To keep it like that, I'd have had to gradient out her arm, and if I rotated in horizontally, she would have been hidden behind the menus. Only thing I could think of was to just completely cut her in half and mirror her over, hope it's not noticeable.

I've slighty updated Kerrigan art and replaced alot black background with some stuff. Also, added orange suit for Kerrigan. Slighty more black under FFA button, when it's selected, and more black under right panels.
