as protoss i like the phoenix, voidray and hallu changes.

but the fungal change seems crappy :S

Finally something interesting. Although we protoss are so used to getting nerved we take pretty much anything now :D

If Terran wants to build 40 marines they have to click "a" 40 times.

Terran too can hold button for 3-4 Barracks with reactors and mass marines very fast.

Zerg need to put hotkey 2-3 more times... and they have alltime injects, overlords, creep tumors.. again injects, again tumors, again lings, etc

Eh? You can apply that logic to pretty much any balance change ever made (and it would still be wrong).

The idea here is that what Protoss need are exactly tweaks in tech and timings to make a greater variety of builds and strategies viable. The idea was never that Protoss should have great multitasking and micro to make Phoenix even worth getting - that was the actual problem.

I'm a 2k random and most of the adjustments are great. But phoenix buff, fungal growth nerf and the macro impediment are just awful.

I'll always play stargate openings in PvZ in the next patch. It won't be possible for the Zerg to kill the phoenixes. I'll be able to mass them without any disadvantage.

As I know Blizzard, they will fully implement these changes. In that case, the next version number won't last long.

It does sadden me that all races have a need to swarm.

But this really isn't raising any skill cap. Or slow Zerg's late game. It's just annoying.

Terran can hold down keys to produce units. So can protoss but not if you use the warp gate mechanic. But the warp gate mechanic gives you an advantage by lowering the "spawn rate" of units and allowing for warpin anywhere. So why would zerg need to click a button 50 times lategame while toss can click maybe 12 times and terran can hold a button for 1 second?

No they cannot do this anymore.

It is completetly the same now.

Zerg has to select their hotkey for hatcheries, select all larva and press 40 times to get 40 roaches
Terran has to selcect their hotkey for barraks, press a 40 times to get 40 marines.

This makes up to 42 clicks for zerg and 41 for terran. Not that much of a difference imo

Cause you ever build that many rines/zealots at a time, mhm..
Zerg is meant to lose huge amounts of armies and rebuild them quickly. They just removed the 'quickly'.
