Unlike StarCraft 1, where replays were saved in the maps folder, which in turn was located in the StarCraft folder it self, the replays in StarCraft 2 are located in a completely separate folder.
To find them, go to:
Documents / Blizzard / StarCraft II + Show Spoiler +
Or StarCraft II Beta if you are after those replays
In the Accounts folder you'll find a number of folders. These folders are the accounts that have been used on your computer. (For example, if you and your friend both have logged onto Battle.net via your computer, you'll have two different accounts that have saved replays and thus two folders.)
From there, just browse your way forward until you find the Replay folder linked to that account. There, sorted under various categories such as Unsaved and Multiplayer, are your replays.
Should all of this not work for some reason, just seach your computer for files ending in "SC2Replay" and you'll find the folder.
