Weekly Cup Competitions
Week of September 15-21

After some relative quiet in the previous week, StarCraft II competition flared up in the third week of September with a jam-packed slate of tournaments. Not only did we get five "weekly"-style cups, but the TLMC test tournament added four match days with high-level teamplay action (not to mention RSL Season 2's finale).

Clem was not present to welcome Wardi back to his namesake Monday cup, leaving his rivals herO and MaxPax as the prohibitive favorites. Some quirky seeding saw

The slew of cup events on the week saw herO win a rare weekly quadruple(?), as he took his fourth cup win of the week in the KSL. This time, it was herO's turn to flex his PvP skills, as he defeated NightMare, Trigger, and Classic on his way to victory (VOD).

The week also featured a hefty dose of teamplay action, as the WardiTV TLMC tournament saw top players try out the new ladder map candidates. Besides a number of traditional tournaments, Wardi also rolled out a unique all-kill style 2v2 event that channelled the spirit of GSTL and WTL in a true teamleague format (VODs).
