Getting tournaments to adopt GameHeart while they are being pressured to use the Blizzard UI tool is a real struggle, so any kind of negative stuff like that can have a big impact.
The truth is custom map solutions for online tournaments like GameHeart may well be the best way for us to combat hacking.
This guy speaking for Blizzard is not doing anything to make the company look better... all he is doing is say "things wont suck as much in the future" we have FOUR people on the ground? How many copies of SC2 sold? Fine if you want to act so cheap then don't make such big promises you cant keep. How many UI things have been promised not to come out for years? Companies like Valve make Blizzard seem like amateur hour.
Edit: I don't have any problem with the guy from Blizzard who was on the show, I think he really is passionate I just don't think Blizzard has equipped him with anything great to give us.

From what the community has said about GameHeart, I don't think you have anything to worry about, Especially with GSTL using it. Just keep up the amazing work, and the community will continue to support you and your creations (don't really know how to best say what it is you make, sorry).

Tonight's episode was outstanding by the way. I like how they had a CM on the show, but we all know from a PR standpoint nothing was really going to be answered/discussed that wasn't very generic, filtered, and non-committal (which i completely understand, but it still irks me)

I'm not sure why people imagine some miracle answer for such questions. If this were a post-game interview, it would be akin to asking "How does it feel winning this match?"
Fact of the matter is that these were issues of growing pains, and most can only be answered with "Next time will run smoother".
There were a lot of good details that came from the interview, some concrete and some vague, but if you only cared about the pitchfork topics then of course you weren't going to get those answers.
