I want to thank you and the other guys on SotG for many hours of entertainment and fun. On top of that, I'm a huge fan of your casting style on mayor sc2 events. Really fun listening and your sense of humor is really refreshing.
I think you are kinda right about some reactions towards the latest show. But to honest, the latest episode felt like it was not very good thought out. I am aware of the fact that there is always some kind of need for trashtalk and mocking, to keep the entertainment factor up. But the analysis of the latest patch was really sub par. It seemed uninformed, because there were so many obvious exaggerations, with little to no effort of explaining the impact of the patch, or even why it should not have such an impact. Thus people felt somewhat irritated.
So perhaps SotG could try to "balance out" the fun part and the anlysis part of the show? And maybe you could rethink your phrases of "terrans being whiney pussies"?

No. SC2 had the potential to be a nice game. Right now it's a clusterfuck of shitty matchups that all have amazing potential that will never get reached because they constantly messed with by Blizzard, and TvT being the only good remaining matchup in the game. TvZ pre patch was still a really good matchup and now it's dead in the water, and you have Blizzard to thank for that.
Also, I don't care who you trust. With your infallable logic that something must be wrong if Blizzard patches it, I'm sure you can't lose faith in them no matter what happens.

Would it be possible to not include all terrans in your "whiny pussy" statement? Some of us are sitting here confused trying to figure out what to do in TvZ now because our old strats don't work as well but we don't think that's a balance issue, we're just a little bit lost.

not all terran players whine though. i for one haven't made a single whiny comment at all, all i'm doing is trying to understand what i need to do to beat zerg again by playing and watching. don't put us all in one box please.
it is a bit of a weird feeling to me though. i started playing war3 way back when orc was considered one of the weaker races, and so i had to deal with a lot of matchup issues (against nightelf and human) early on, and later orc became super strong and everything was so much easier. right now with terran in sc2, i'm experiencing the exact opposite. kinda funny.

Most of the time. I always assume that the reason I lose is because of my own failings. Sometimes I get fustrated with a specific timing push or difficult to hold off all in, but I always go back to figuring out how to outplay my opponent. I have had my moments of balance whine, specifically with ghost back in the day of super EMP. But when it came to my worst match up, PvZ, I always assumed it was my fault.

As if responding "we're not going to discuss this because Terrans have always bounced back from nerfs", is a good point? Regardless of whether you think you can argue for Terrans that they're going to be fine, it is infinitely more obvious to question why the Queen range increase was necessary in the first place, rather than using the bad Terran performance to voice your beliefs that Terrans were all awful to begin with.
For a person who preaches professionalism around the clock and chastises potty mouths on SotG, you're pretty quick to call out a frustrated part of your audience for being whiners, rather than maybe looking in the mirror and acknowledging you have a part in this.
Better yet, maybe you should pull some strings and take it upon yourself to find suitable Terran guests? That way you don't have to try and substitute a Terran point of view off of limited knowledge and can just argue things from your pink Protoss glasses.You'd also have to spend less time ridiculising arguments you don't have an answer to and get into the nitty gritty of Protoss' state of the game with Tyler and Dan.

I actually dont see any problem with there not being a T pillar on SotG. Rather see they switch out Idra to Sheth or someone. He just doesnt contribute in anyway except for getting trolled by Incontrol and Artosis. And his wierd laugh has made my body to delevop a strange cringing reflex everytime i hear it. :O

Out of the five terrans that advanced while playing against a Zerg, three advanced against either suhoshin who used the same roach build over and over or leenock who played abysmal donating 5+ infestors for free twice in a row and the third game lost after donating 8 mutas completely for free due to a missralley. If you're not high master, then shut the fuck up about balance and get better because at your level, player skill level is far more determinative than balance. Seriously though, when has SotG ever had racial balance? It's rather absurd to demand they suddenly bring on someone to represent your race because you feel you aren't being treated fairly. I mean, let's look at the original line-up for SotG.
JP - Caster/Journalist. Definitely not a player.
Tyler - Protoss
Geoff - Protoss
Dan - Caster that plays at a high level (zerg, then protoss) to keep insight on the meta game. Definitely not a representative of any race though, same as JP.
Sean - Falls into the same category as JP and Dan. Allegedly GM all races before going protoss.
3 P and 1 Z/P Most of which weren't actual representatives of their race because they aren't SC2 pros. Why haven't you been crying for racial balance for the past two years? Why do you suddenly think they HAVE to add a Terran perspective? Oh thats right! Because you are acting just as Geoff said and are being whiney entitled bitches.
