As I expected, regardless of slight thinking of imbalance in matchups at different points, all matchups ended up being pretty close to each others:
ZvP : 74 win(s) & 54 loss(es) : 57.812% ZvT : 82 win(s) & 51 loss(es) : 61.654% ZvZ : 113 win(s) & 77 loss(es) : 59.473%
Also shows how much more zergs there has been during beta than other races No wonder, the coolest race obv (!).
Anyhow, the map specific stats really speak its own languages. My worst maps, which I at some points have considered really hard for zerg, kulas being the worst:
ZvP : 6 win(s) & 8 loss(es) : 42.857% ZvT : 2 win(s) & 6 loss(es) : 25% ZvZ : 6 win(s) & 5 loss(es) : 54.545%
Ofc really small sample, but proves a point the crying has at least had its catalysator in reality
Then some other maps just seem incredibly hard for one matchup, and easy for other, such as blistering:
ZvP : 9 win(s) & 13 loss(es) : 40.909% ZvT : 15 win(s) & 2 loss(es) : 88.235% ZvZ : 20 win(s) & 14 loss(es) : 58.823%
Small samples, yet feelings about vP being hard and vT much easier stand correct for this map.
Anyway cool to see stats, thanks for software.

So, I've looked for the non-Windows OS and come up with some good news !
* Linux * I tried it myself on a Linux (Ubuntu Lucid) through WINE and it 'worked'. I mean everything seems to work except the browse directory thing. Basically, you must place the program DIRECTLY INTO THE REPLAY FOLDER and just let the '.' into the field aside the "browse directory" button. DO NOT CLICK ON THE BROWSE BUTTON, it mess up the whole thing up.
* mac * I have finally find someone with a mac, and the program seems to launch via crossover after 10 seconds (which is basically WINE for mac) but couldn't test anything else (he's not playing sc2) so I'm assuming it's working at least as 'well' as on Linux (it's the same pgm...). here is the tuto page here is the tierce program to download if you don't know anything!

It doesn't seem to do so.
ZvP : 10 win(s) & 7 loss(es) : 58.823% ZvT : 12 win(s) & 11 loss(es) : 52.173% ZvZ : 10 win(s) & 7 loss(es) : 58.823% Zv? : 32 win(s) & 25 loss(es) : 56.14%
Apparently I'm better than I thought But then again... 57 games isn't a huge sample, will be cool once we get a couple hundred games down tho.

PvP : 14 win(s) & 3 loss(es) : 82.352% PvT : 11 win(s) & 20 loss(es) : 35.483% PvZ : 14 win(s) & 5 loss(es) : 73.684% Pv? : 39 win(s) & 28 loss(es) : 58.208%
this would explain why i hate terran so much : (

Can this be made to work for 2v2? That's what I played almost exclusively during the beta.
|
TvP : 37 win(s) & 17 loss(es) : 68.518% TvT : 27 win(s) & 15 loss(es) : 64.285% TvZ : 34 win(s) & 8 loss(es) : 80.952% Tv? : 98 win(s) & 40 loss(es) : 71.014%
and I thought tvt was my best =(

Hey cool, when was the ladder filter feature added?
My ZvT lost 22% more than my other two matchups' average on ladder. I'd like to know what other people's stats are regarding this in top 20% of platinum/diamond.
What's kind of strange though, is that matchmaker pitted me against protoss 85% more than against terran, and against zerg 85% more than against terran. So instead of a 1 in 3 chance of facing terran, it was more like 1 in 5. No I do not think this had a significant impact on my win ratios though (making one better because they played more).

ZvP : 19 win(s) & 6 loss(es) : 76% ZvT : 15 win(s) & 5 loss(es) : 75% ZvZ : 11 win(s) & 7 loss(es) : 61.111% Zv? : 45 win(s) & 18 loss(es) : 71.428%
cool, I knew zvz was my worst, but I didn't expect the other two matchups to be so close. Somehow I have the highest win% on Desert Oasis and the lowest on Scrap Station. That is odd.
Honestly, Blizzard should already have this implemented on bnet. It's unfortunate that this has to come from the community. good work nonetheless~

It was added on June 17 :p

Pretty much exactly as I remembered. I have no idea how to tvp, while my tvt is pretty gosu
Scrap Station was my best map (68%), while I suck big time on Metalopolis (40% with 1-7 in tvp).

I do play 2v2 quite a lot more than 1v1, but as it seems, I didn't care so much about my win ratio per matchup in 2v2. Would you really want a 256 line table with approximately 0 game on each line ?

very nice program! Has something similar in BW?

does this still work in phase 2?

I dont think its working now, at least it doesn't for me. They must've changed how replays work, or something... Hope this sweet program gets updated.

Nope, doesn't work Any news of an update, TC?
