Tail rotors work on a helicopter because the torque they produce is matched by the torque of main rotor's spinning, so reving it up or down will result in a net torque in either direction. The banshee's would require it to be fully spun up from a stop, then spun down, and spun up in a completely opposite gearing just to do simple maneuvers. | ||

Also it's much easier to maneuvre by just changing the main rotors' angles by just a few degrees. They are more similiar to Marauders imo tbh. Nah, marauders are kinda wearing a suit while the guy inside the thor is sitting inside like in a car, which is the same thing that the avatar dudes are doing. | ||
