Really enjoying all content by GLHF.tv, a bonus is that it's not at 3am (European) so I can go to sleep at normal hours. Good casting and stream quality throughout, keep it up guys. No complaints at all on my end, which I can't say for every stream.

Octoshape is evil to the core, but; IEM stream with Octoshape>no IEM stream.

Fyi, I got to meet "a fan" sort of, how awesome is that. Came out of nowhere and recognized me and everything. Oh and LLL's owner came up to me and was like "so, I hear you're the best shoutcaster in Benelux". Ego boost++, next time, I'm going for Europe as a whole. YES I'M LOOKING AT YOU REDEYE.

Funniest moment of IEM so far; walking up to DeMusliM in the IEM hall (audio is reaallly fucking loud). "HI I'M MARTIJN FROM GLHF", "SORRY I ONLY SPEAK ENGLISH".

Don't worry, few more days in Cologne and I'll be back to making your internets unsafe with awesome streaming goodness. I actually one-upped several of day9's calls today, much to my own shock, good times. Next event they should put me up there too.

lol dude have u tried refreshing couse i had 1 ad then it went to stream.

and these guys are great streamers lol so why dont u give them a break. they're not even using their stream, there using ESL's i believe

Nice, you can ask for help without being an ass. You just made yourself out to be retarded because this has been answered multiple times on these forums.

Presuming you use Firefox:
1) Disable noscript and adblock
2) Restart Firefox
3) Tada!

Disabling them for one page isn't enough, you have to 100% disable the addons. It seems some people have it working with adblock, but I couldn't. What I ended up doing though

1) Install Chrome

I just use Chrome for anything Octoshape related now, less hassle.

i'm sorry, but that's not really fair. To summarize, the ads you were seeing were ESL's, not GLHF's. If the stream is live and you only get ads, it's because you're blocking octoshape in some fashion. Octoshape is required by ESL as part of the agreement to even be allowed to broadcast their events. We normally never use octoshape and we'll get rid of it asap.

Also, why does it say "QuakeLive" in many of the titles of the SC2-games?

I've been told, that ESL haven't been too generous when it comes to information and organization with GLHF.tv. I'm guessing that's part of it.

Basically, on day 1 of the event in the morning, there was no internet. No internet meant no matches and as such quakelive was delayed and had to be played at the same time as starcraft2. This meant that one stream had to focus on quake and the other on sc2. ESL thought sc2 would get more viewers, so they kept that for their own stream/the event projector+audio and GLHF had to do the quakelive matches. Was ESL's decision forced by the technical difficulties.
Therefor we only got to cover 1 sc2 match instead of the ones we were scheduled to. Furthermore, ESL cut coverage on GLHF short several times if ESL's match ended quickly to stream the GLHF match on their stream instead.
