the interview itself was great. Questions were good, Day9 was wonderful as usual. As for the presentation - I thought it was quiiiite a bit pretentious sounding. I think I will give you a pass since anyone who started doing what they loved found inspiration and drew from something familiar. but I literally felt like I was listening to Ira Glass at the beginning. I don't think anyone can really pull off what he does, the way he does it, so maybe try not to imitate so much and do your own thing. The level of professionalism was great, but I was literally cringing at the start. I think it's just my own personal experience with this american life, lol. also easy on the radiohead? haha, one song from each artist is fine for musical interludes. I liked the Kid Cudi at the end. Mix it up if you're going to use music breaks. Anyway good job, compelling interview, keep up good work but be sure to develop your own style. | ||

I think it's just my own personal experience with this american life, lol. haha yeah, this is part of why i didn't nail it. i totally took an ira glass tone - which is unnatural for me - and only ira can speak that way and not sound like a douche. i definitely have to develop my own voice and step back from the NPR for a moment. | ||

so i rly dont care anything about a flamer guy like him who would beat idra in a flamewar ^^ but nice interview with day9  day9 is rly such a funny person overall the community can me happy to have him ^^ | ||

I'm sure i couldnt have done better. just work on knowing wether the person being interviewed is done talking or not (problem for all interviewers). I found some awkward interruptions to be the most annoying. everything else is all minor. keep em coming | ||
