You're not meant to pick 3 units + mass queens.

I dunno, I kinda prefer team monobattles. Part of the fun of it is watching the nutty and sometimes devastating cross-race combinations that people can come up with (I once was caught on the wrong end of a marine/mutalisk/immortal team - that wasn't fun).

Not allowing Queens, period, would unfairly handicap Zerg, so they're exempt, but that doesn't mean it's a loophole to be abused.Generally with these though, queens "not counting" really just means allowing for about 1 per hatchery plus 1 or so for larva. You're not meant to pick 3 units + mass queens.

Abusing a loophole is a good way not to get chosen (unless you do something silly clever, that Day thinks is hilarious)

Would be more fun if you were forced to make all units you can make.

Oh, you mean the way zerg has to play. :| "im making muta/ling/baneling" or "im making roach/hydra/corruptor" will probably be the only zerg comps that work. Maybe ling infestor ultra.

That wouldn't be viable in some matchups, especially vs. Protoss - you'd be practically begging to get 4gated.
